Location

The property is located in Krabi's Ao Nang, one of Thailand’s vibrant tourist centres, with a backdrop of lush mountain scenery and bright blue skies ensuring a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The resort is just 100 metres from the beach and the location is truly ideal for holidays, with the beautiful beach, crystal-clear ocean waters, mountain caves and island adventures all waiting to be discovered. The resort is approximately 30 km from Krabi Airport and 160 km from Phuket International Airport.

Facility

The property includes 13 villas/houses as well as 61 rooms, including 48 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. At breakfast, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet.     We only stayed for 1 night and booked a superior double room at the Palace resort it wasn’t a superior room and definitely wasn’t a Palace resort. Room was clean but basic and the view was overlooking a busy road. Swimming pool was nice and staff were friendly but the accommodation was poor.

    Very noisy (from street and hallway), ants, outdated. Not very clean. Not really recommended, especially if you're at all picky about where you sleep. Not recommended for a longer stay.To be fair, there are a few upsides to this place.It's fairly cheap. The location is close to the beach and night life. They let you borrow beach towels for free.

    This is a very basic hotel. I would rate it with 2 stars. We stayed there for 4 days. There was no cleaning of rooms during our stay. We had to ask for toilet paper every time we ran out. The rooms are noisy as you can hear everything from the corridors. There's no hairdryer in the room and none available in hotel. The good sides were the beds which were quite comfortable, and the location of the hotel as it is close to everything - restaurants, shops and the main beach. General cleanliness was OK as well. There are walk-in showers in the rooms, but such that make the whole bathroom wet after one takes a shower. Beware of the hygienic aspects in general, as inappropriate sewage and mismanagement of the water systems are an issue in Thailand. Don't drink the tap water and rinse your mount after brushing your teeth with bottled water.

    Did not read TripAdvisor before booking as booked on different platform but would not have booked if I had. All reviews correct that this now a very dated hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Poor dated facilities, air con very average and super noisy for those not used to it from morning to 3amWould say location is great but many other options can claim same in Ao Nang. Also to note has very popular cannabis cafe in lobby to have to contend with a variety of people purchasing that. Does not bother me but not suitable for families
