    Im very disappointed in the service from this hotel . My flight was cancelled due to the middle east conflict. Id missed free cancelation by 1 day , I emailed and asked if I could move dates as I'm visiting in December. No response whatsoever 😕.

    Absolutely pathetic hotel! Completely racist staff. We requested some extra time for a work call and they started demanding a fine for late checkout even though it was not written anywhere and that fine was suppose to be after 1 hour. They threatened to call the police over 200 baht fine which being applied by them without any notice and the time not even being breached. Overall very sub standard place with a pathetic vibe and super below average breakfast. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. ALSO SUPER FAR FEOM THE BEACH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will upload the video of the manager who was abusing at the end and said all Indians are like this. Super racist man. The manager totally lost it in the end. Have now read many people have had some issues.

    Wasn't sure what to expect some bad and good reviews so here goes! When we arrived bad smell from drains not good impression checked into deluxe room given a welcome drink and told the rules no smoking and charges should we take anything shown to the room,not bad considering the price very clean nice bathroom a few toiletries water,mini bar and flip flops so quite surprised but there is a list of expenses should you take anything even a teaspoon or the cheap ashtray which we thought hilarious! Pool area is nice but sunbeds very hard and some broken the tables are pretty shabby too so they could do with new ones and there's not many in the shade either,now breakfast we weren't expecting much and it was better than we thought fruit,cereal,egg station,salad,some hot items,few cakes,the hotel is about 10- 12 minutes from main street so in a quiet area which was good with great views of the cliffs,but a big minus was the lack of privacy no net curtain so you need to shut the curtains for any the hotel is very money conscious notice about being charged to take food from breakfast and they will check your room before you letting you leave not that there's anything worth pinching anyway is the funny thing! Yes it's good value but wouldn't return

    Loved this hotel, yes rooms are a little dated but the views at the pool make up for that. the pool area is just stunningThe place was clean Location wise , 10 min walk from the hustle and bustle which was perfect for us,Nice walk back after stuffing our faces at the many local eatery's. Staff were friendly enough, not the usual Thai welcomes but no problem with that. myself been British :D

    I had a good 2 week stay at this Hotel. The position was away from the main road but I liked that, as it was very quiet. There is a bit of a hill but it wasn’t too bad.The rooms were kept very clean but they were a little dated and worn. The room I had was a very good size! All the amenities are in the room such as tea and coffee and bottle water. There are some earlier comments saying there is no alcohol in the Hotel but it now has the pool bar open and selling alcoholic drinks in the afternoon. All the staff I came into contact with were very polite. I ate room service one night and found it to be excellent quality and great value for money. I will definitely stay again when next in Ao Nang. Well done!
