    Not good very disappointed . The conditions of the rooms was dirty and in need of upgrade. We couldn’t even shower because no hot water . The area outside the rooms wasn’t very clean either and there’s not much to do .But luckily we moved out after one day

    We booked the place -probably like everyone else- for one night since our flight was leaving early the next morning. There‘s two benefits in this hotel: it’s very close to Krabi International Airport (5 minutes drive), and it’s clean. That said, here’s the downsides: The staff is absolutely dreadful. There’s barely a way to communicate, and this is an airport hotel. We paid THB 300 for an airport transfer (the only purpose of anyone staying here is to get to the airport or vice versa). We confirmed the pick-up twice with the frontdesk. The lady wrote down our pick-up time and charged us.The next morning came, no cab was seen. It took 25 minutes and a whole lot of discussion to finally organize a driver to get us to the airport. There’s literally nothing to do around the hotel and you’ll pay extra even to get a chair on either your balcony or into your room. The restaurant seems permanently closed. There’s no bar. You’re on your own in the middle of nowhere. Bottom line: Don‘t go there. Never. There are lots of options in Krabi downtown, it’ll take you slightly longer to get to the airport, but it’s worth it. This place needs a total exchange of staff and management, it’s a waste of money and on top, wasted lifetime.

    Convenient for airport

    We booked this hotel for one night at the end of our holiday as we had an early morning flight out of Krabi. Hotel is less than a 10 min taxi ride from the airport and only cost thb 250 in a grab premium taxi! The hotel and room was spotlessly clean and staff very attentive, they couldn’t have been anymore helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable for a quick one night stay and excellent value for money. My only slight criticism is that the safe in the room was not bolted down so anyone could have walked off with it and our belongings!! Highly recommend this hotel for the price.

    Hotel charges approx 5 euro for airport transfer although it is quite close, but the transfer used to be free of charge. Rooms modern and relatively clean basic 3 star standard. Small pool area at front of hotel all good for approx $15usd a night room only. Unfortunately if you book with agoda you get a low floor room near reception. I asked for a room with betterview etc and they say they do not have any available rooms!! although the hotel was pretty empty and nowhere near full. Where this hotel scores is for going to big c and lotus superstores (you are approx 10mins walk from each) and can easily walk to tiger cave temple, stay to sunset or after and safely walk back very easily with some shops and food stalls enroute. It is also good for early flight departures from Krabi airport, if you use grab transportation via the grab app, or try and get a bus or songthaew on the main road, if your flight is during daylight hours.

    Large room and quite to sleep. Swimming pool area is a little bit small, sometimes we wanted to be in the swimming pool area but it was full. Staff was very friendly and helped us with our needs. The hotel is far from ao nang and any night life so when booking the guest should think about all the cost with transport.
