This is the first time for us to stay in this hotel . I went there for celebrations on my 15th Anniversary with my wife . I have been taking good care since we arrived at the hotel . Khun Kim ( Bell Man ) and his team help us to find the car park and also help us to carry our luggage to the room . Khun Kim also served us welcome drinks and helped us with Travel information also Kayaking information. Khun M assigned us a good room and we had the room close together. At breakfast we are very happy with the service of the staff especially Khun "Senior" she has a lot of service mind . She took very good care of my family. Also Khun Ant helps us to take a special food order for my Mom and Dad . The swimming pool is very good I am very happy. Khun Seem from Bell Man also helped us to carry the luggage back to my car when we checked out . I would like to recommend staying at this Hotel . The room was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and lovely. Special thanks to Nong Namhom from the Kids Club — the kids really adored her and kept talking about her all the time. The service was great overall. If we have the chance, we will definitely come back again.Khun Wawa at the pool bar was also very friendly, easy to talk to, and made us feel so welcome. As for the male staff member at the sports area (sorry, I can’t remember his name), he was also kind, friendly, and great at engaging in conversation — my dad really liked him. Lovely hotel, kind staff 🌸

This hotel is well situated within the tourist town of Ao Nang. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby, such as 7-11. Convenient for trips. We had a nice room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool. There were lots of sunbeds and the pool was lovely. Staff were so polite and friendly.
