    DISGUSTING MOULDY HOTEL

    This hotel looks nothing like the photos. My friends and I were supposed to stay here for 4 nights but we could not bring our self to stay any longer. The stairway had left over bowls of food dumped by the stairs for the 3 days we were there. The pool was dirty, The live wires from the key card holder was hanging out of the wall. The bathroom was also covered in mould. If you look on my booking.com review you will see the disgusting photos I took. I spoke to the man behind reception and he was nothing but rude and argumentative. He refused to give me a refund for the remaining 2 nights and told me that the room is 'up to standard' which it certainly wasn't. I'm not quite sure how this hotel is still running to be honest.     Great hotel near the ferry.

    A great hotel (it was in the information but we didn’t read it) a Muslim resort and no alcohol. Very close to the Ferry Port but not many places to eat and drink locally, although we found a couple local bars. Very clean and great pool. Staff lovely

    Hotel is clean, staff are lovely. Bed is hard but that seems to be the norm for Thailand. Quiet room overlooking garden and even though there is a road at the front of the hotel we were not bothered by traffic noise at all. Breakfast omelette is good with usual selections of other goods available. Pool is great - never too busy. Hotel will take you into town for 60 Bhat - it is in the back of a pickup but nice and cool. No alcohol served but not an issue, soft drinks available in reception area.

    We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Railey Bay and the hotel is very nice, pool area is nice. The room is sufficient, bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast is enough to start your day. It is apparent though that the establishment is not for long stays, but nice enough for 1 or 2 nights. Staff are friendly.

    To put it mildly - not recommended hotel.Old and very badly maintained hotel in the middle of nowhere.The sea near the hotel was not suitable for swimming. Minimum 40 minutes by car to Ao nang and other activities and really good places. Yes, it wasn't an expensive hotel but during your stay you will spend a lot for a taxi. The worst is the staff, which was rude and really not welcoming. Completely not a usual Thai experience, because we get used to almost always friendly Thai people.View from the room to the inside courtyard with the garbage and trash all over the place. Very dirty rooms.As soon as we arrived, the key-card holder was broken in the room and electric wires were just hanging from the wall. It was really dangerous. My kid stayed in another room that has this problem and we decided to move out from the hotel the next day(we paid for two days beforehand). Hotel manager refused and said that we should go to police if we want to refund. It is a 2 star hotel at maximum by its condition and location and star judging by the staff. Moving to manager mentioning about police, On the day that you were asking for meeting manager, the manager were not around and our reception team helped you to call to manager and you were on phone with manager for half an hour and manager repeated the same reasons why we could not refund, but since you were not accepting our reasons, thus, we offered another solution to go to police station for police to judge because we were unable not make you understand our reason at the moment. 2.) “Old and very badly maintained hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very dirty rooms.”We regret to disappoint you. We were more than welcome to change a room for you to better room if during your stay we knew on what you mentioned. My kid stayed in another room that has this problem and we decided to move out from the hotel the next day (we paid for two days beforehand).”It is true that we were informed that the key-holder fell down from the wall upon arrival (as picture attached in review). And we can confirm that our technician immediately went to your son’s room and fixed the key-holder stick back to the wall. If the key-holder was not fixed, the light and air-condition were not work along your stay. We immediately fixed the issue because we care about guest safety. And it was a proof that it was safe because there was no problem after fixing until your check out date. To sum up, we feel sorry that you had not a good experience in our hotel.
