    Big room, nice bathroom, clean and large comfy bed.Good/ok breakfast.Not sure about the bad reviews? It's a lovely hotel in a town, 5-10 minutes walk from the centre, or 27baht on a scooter.30 mins to Ao nang centre, much prefer to stay up here.Little pool available if have time.Loved the area and would definitely stay here again if was in the area.The staff were all pleasant , thank you

    I stayed here for one night before getting a flight to Bangkok. There isn’t any door staff so have to lug your luggage from the car park into your room. They require 1000 THB which is either by cash or you write down your credit card number on the check in form which I wasn’t willing to do. Please ensure you have the cash, this is given back after check out. I went for a deluxe duplex pool access room which was fine, but couldn’t bring my suitcase up the stairs. There was no seating outside by the pool directly accessed by the room. No full length mirror. The pool and the area around it was small. I didn’t find the staff that friendly which was disappointing as it was my 5th hotel on this trip and spoilt it for me slightly towards the end of my trip. Also upon checking out, they said they needed to check the room before I left, fair enough. However two other customers came whilst I was waiting to check out, they were told their room was ok whilst I was still waiting to be told if I could leave. There was a food market down the road from the hotel and it’s just by the riverside which is nice to walk down at night.Whilst the bed was comfortable etc I would be less likely to return due to the service and would prefer better amenities.

    Average Hotel 30 minuted drive from Ao Nang Beach

    Small Hotel with small Swimming pool. Good Breakfast. No Bell boy so you need to carry your own luggage. Ao Nang beach will be 30 minuted drive from the hotel. They have 2 wheweleres for rent @ 300 bath for 24 hours. Staff is friendly and helpful.

    Room was comfortable. Nice shower. Breakfast was okay, but then we'd just come from two places with a great breakfast. A little on the edge of town but quiet and an easy walk into town for markets, etc. Didn't try the restaurant or the pool. Very proper and professional service. Helped with booking tours and transport.

    Arrived at 11am, clearly very tired. Rooms available but staff said we have to wait until 2pm to get room access. Even at 130pm sitting in lobby. No care for customers, extremely rigid service. Disappointing.Strange experience when leaving. Were told there was a teaspoon missing from our room? And we had to pay for this before returning my passport. 0 level of customer service and the management should be ashamed asking for 70 baht for a SPOON - meant to be a four star establishment. Severely disappointed. I have been staying in similar resorts for 30+ years and never experienced anything like this - bizarre.
