    Just what we needed

    got a two bed place, stayed for 2 nights, clean, lovely, friendly staff, gym and swimming pool, offered laundry service at reasonable price, only about 15 min walk to main centre of Ao Nang, would definately go again, after the odd one night stops, this was a change and just what we needed

    Accused us of stealing/losing towels that we were not originally given we only received 2 small bath mats for the floor, they got very rude and could not see it their fault that they had forgotten to give us the towels in the first place, they eventually gave us 3 towels on our 2nd out of the 3 days we stayed, once leaving I lay all 3 towels on the bed to show them how o easy it is to do such a simple task and at reception they checked our room and told us there was no towels in the room AGAIN! They would not talk to us or let us check out until we paid for the towels, we had to pay in the end so we could get the rest of our deposit money back otherwise we would of missed our bus and been out of pocket even more, not sure if they are just thick/blind or trying to scam money out of customers for silly things. Hugely disappointed in the attitude and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff members are all very helpful and the rooms are amazing. The location is centrally located, with some of the prime spots in the city at a walking distance from the property. Highly recommended.

    Very comfortable stay. People at the reception were very sweet and accommodating. Very attentive of our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a pleasant stay in ao nang. Room was great. Laundry service available.

    Hidden costs sprung on us after payment

    We wanted to stay here for 2 months and agreed a price with them. After handing over money for the full month & signing contracts the started to ask for more money which was not discussed prior. They asked for another full month deposit, deposit for water & electricity and then told us that we would need to pay rental fee for kitchen utensils like plates, bowls, knives, forks etc. (I mean paying to use kitchen equipment in a fully furnished apartment?! Are you serious? I’ve never heard of something like this before). All these extra costs coming after they took payment from us. None of this discussed before with us even when we asked about these details before paying. We were weighing up our options between other accommodations in the area and chose them because of the costs they initially told us (they were the more expensive option & are located further away from town) but then once they started adding extra costs it was clear they were trying to take advantage of us so we decided to ask for our money back and we left. We are disgusted with this kind of practice to conceal all costs, only to expose them after main payment being made.
