    Close to walking street and night market.

    Great little hotel very close to walking street and the night market. Clean, wellequipped and with excellent WiFi. There wasn’t a fridge or kettle in the room but that isn’t a problem as there is a cafe in the lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again.

    The room is really clean, convenient, and comfy. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. There is also a coffee shop at the lobby. The front door will be locked (and nobody’s there) at around 9pm, you will get a keycard to open the front door if you want to come back late (no worries). Even if this hotel is located in the city, but it’s quiet at night. You can easily access to markets, shopping mall, piers, and launderette (just at the opposite side of the street. The hotel doesn’t provide laundry service.)

    Bed so clean. Toilet clean. Shower OK.(Room S09 recommend)There was no gym even tho hotel adv as they have fitness.Amazon cafe and hotel lobby joined front desk staffs were friendly and felt welcome when checked in.Good location for night Market. Riverside. Simple but decent mall 5 minutes away from this hotel.

    Walk in booking on 15th April for 2 rooms. All of the staff were extremely friendly and the owner was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Rooms were modern and clean and the beds were big and comfy. Had a great night's sleep. Also just round the corner from Krabi night market, if you are here on a weekend. Would recommend.

    Hidden conditions and No care attitude

    I booked the sharing female dorm for a day use which plan to check in at 11 am and out at 6 pm same day due to my place has no electricity for a day. After chat and explain to hotel, they agreed for me to check in early at 10.30 am. After I arrived, i found out that in female dorm will not turn on air con till 5 pm. I was surprised as 1. Nothing was mentioned in web or confirmation and 2. I chatted with hotel and explain my reason 1 day before arrival. The staff at receiption is very polite but she offered me to pay extra 400 thb to upgrade and can turn on aircon but i disagree as this is not really my fault and she called to owner, but she agreed to cancel and refund via OTA. The receiptionist is very polite but i do not like the way the owner did not care about this hidden conditions. If you are in service and hospitality, please start with honesty to your customer. Once the problem happened, you need to handle with care. I do not have any product and service to review for this hotel because the first step of welcome for me is " you can go away because this is the way Snozz hotel does the business". Sorry for the length of story but I hope this can help others who expected to check in and take some rest in the hot weather of Krabi.
