    rating01 Apr 2026

Did not like this hotel so much, cheap touch on the room, could not sit on the plastic chairs balconey more then 1 minute to have nice view. Bathroom very simple and they put the bath tube on balconey not the most clever thing in Thailand. Breakfast the best great, hard bed and pillowes. Nice view from swimming pool when not had tide and long stone shore. Staff some ok, some are not . Not go back this busy place.

Ali Roger Kılıç & Villa Cha-Cha Team

    rating25 Mar 2026

We stayed in this hotel at the end of the February and beginning of March. We were 10 of us. We had a great time here. Check in was great and very quick. Reception staff were so helpful, and very friendly. We had 5 rooms and rooms were cleaned every day. Hotel was so busy, some days cleaners came later. They always left enough waters for us into our rooms. Restaurant, We are in the hotel most of the days. We had a 10 months old baby, he couldn't struggle. There was something for everyone.Pool area, Staff always cleans it, they provide beach towels around the pool. There are three big pools and one baby pools. You can always find sunbeds and umbrellas. Pool bars, staff makes so nice cocktails, they r very friendly. We needed to sterilise bottles for our baby and there was microwave at the Reception and every day we made it there. There are shuttles to the town. Staff help you for it. You dont need to book for it.We stayed nearly two weeks here and we were so sad to leave. There were live music at night times. Reception staff, Restaurant staff & Bar staff , my Son Ali Roger missed you all so much. Thank you so much for all your hard work and made our time special. You all deserve awards. I hope your boss see this. We will come back and visit you. We miss you allAli Roger ( Baby) & His Parents

Gorgeous Views & A Relaxing Beachfront Stay

    rating27 Feb 2026

Very nice beachfront resort. The property is clean and well maintained. The pools are beautiful and offer gorgeous views. The restaurants have an extensive menu, and the food is good, although the wait time was a bit long (but who really cares while on vacation?).The bar was reasonably priced, and the cocktails were excellent. They serve all drinks in glassware, which felt unusual around the pool. One of our glasses was knocked over and broken by kids playing with a ball in the pool. I think plastic cups would be a safer option in that area. Now, the rooms: very spacious and clean, with everything you need. The only downside was the bathroom, which was quite dark, almost like a small dungeon and could definitely use a refurbishment. The complimentary shuttle to Ao Nang town is very convenient. The staff was friendly (as you find almost everywhere in Thailand).I would recommend this resort and would definitely go back! Stayed in February 2026.

The stay was amazing, the experience was top-notch. No complaints at all. The property serves great food and atmosphere and staff is all great. Beachfront property with many swimming pools. I just loved my stay and complete experience. The Cleanliness was top-notch and the rooms were super comfortable. The place is less crowded and less noisy, just so close t he nature. You will love every moment here.

Absolute Disaster, Avoid at All Costs

    rating15 Jan 2026

Villa Cha Cha calling itself a 4-star hotel is an insult to the hospitality industry. Shockingly basic hospitality standards are missing, and this is easily one of the worst hotel experiences of my life.We booked a Deluxe Sea View room for 4 nights and wanted to run away after the very first night. Unfortunately, the hotel flatly refused any refund, forcing us to stay and endure what turned into a nightmare of a vacation. This was meant to be a special anniversary trip, and it was completely ruined.I paid almost ₹22,000 per night for this so-called Deluxe Sea View category. At this price, you expect comfort, cleanliness, privacy, and basic courtesy. Instead, you get an overpriced, outdated, poorly managed property with zero hospitality mindset. For this amount, I could have easily stayed in a real five-star hotel. The rooms are old, tired, and badly maintained — and this is their “deluxe” category. The air conditioning barely works most of the time, making the room uncomfortable and humid.Housekeeping is in complete shambles. They come and “make” the room, but the mud on the floor remains untouched. Bedsheets had stains, and on multiple days face towels were not provided at all. Basic cleanliness is missing.Drinking water is restricted to two small bottles per person per day, which is ridiculous — especially when traveling with an infant. Even at the restaurant, drinking water is not served unless you ask or pay.The room lacked basic tea and coffee essentials. When I explained that my baby cannot consume milk powder and requested proper milk, I was told that nothing is complimentary and that I would have to pay even for infant milk. They even charge for an extra key card — unbelievable at this price point. The breakfast is horrible — limited, low quality, and nowhere near 4-star standards. The hotel is obsessive and inflexible with timings. 11:00 AM means exactly 11:00 AM, with zero flexibility. One incident sums up the attitude perfectly:I asked for one packet of jam because it had run out on my table. The breakfast buffet had just closed moments earlier. I was met with complete disdain and rudeness and told flatly, “Closed. Sorry.” No courtesy, no effort, no basic human decency — over something as trivial as a packet of jam.Checkout is just as hostile. Checkout time is strictly 11:00 AM. We requested a 30-minute extension till 11:30 AM and were outright refused. We were told we would be charged 1,000 Baht even if we stayed one minute past 11, and this was communicated rudely and aggressively. The staff are rude, dismissive, and say no to everything. There is zero service culture and no basic courtesy anywhere in this property. The location is terrible — far from the main Ao Nang area, inconvenient, and misleadingly marketed. There is no beach access at all. This is a backwater property, not a beach resort. And the final absurdity: the bathtub in the Deluxe Sea View room is placed on a completely open balcony, open from all sides and facing directly toward the reception area. Zero privacy. Using it feels like being on display.Do not get fooled by the photos, marketing, or reviews. This place is overpriced, outdated, poorly maintained, and openly hostile to guests. If you value your money, your time, or your peace of mind — DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
