    Another lovely couple of stays at IC Phuket

    I had a lovely couple of stays recently at the IC Phuket, the first visit was for a week and a half where I was remotely working part of the time. Had great spa treatments (massages, etc) and enjoyed the morning / evening walks not the beach (and lounging when not working days), as always great restaurants (and variety), as a Diamond Royal Ambassador I was upgraded and had club access so enjoyed the breakfasts (mainly the Thai options and fresh fruit) after my dawn walk) and the cocktails at the end of the day.I then left for a week down in Rawai with one of my sons in a villa, which was a great break - I stayed overnight on the way back and my son spent a few hours before going to the airport. We had a new experience (for me) in the Sunday Brunch at Jarras, which was cool (reminded me of Dubai brunches to be honest) - I thought it was going to be too much but it was perfectly weighted.The gardens are lovely , all of the facilities are well maintained and the staff are always friendly and welcoming - I do hope that I get back soon!

    We enjoyed every minute of our stay and loved the breakfast at Pinto. He variety was impressive and we found many choices for all our family members. The vegetarian menu was great and the service was superb!

    The Perfect Phuket Hotel - Stunning, modern, impressive and something for everyone!

    What an incredible hotel - instantly upon arrival you have this sense of elegance and grandeur and 'presence' - it's a stunning hotel, so new, clean, modern and stunning. The foyer overlooking the temple restaurant is certainly impressive. Rooms are plush, luxurious and everything thought of. Great breakfast and well orchestrated with so many guests. Three pools and a shaded beach area which is gorgeous but very crammed in and no daybeds in the sun - so if you're looking for a sunny spot - just walk down the beach and sit on a day bed in the local sunlounge area for 200 THB per day and it's right on the beach. This hotel is definitely a new favourite of ours - it's in a fabulous location on the beach with restaurants down further right on the sand which are lovely to eat at, Cafe Del Mar right next door - perfect for a Sundowner, and restaurants inside the hotel which are all available. We at one night at their Japanese restaurant, TENGOKU - unfortunately we found it to be in the same area as the breakfast restaurant, with no vibe, no music, and very few tables, and it wasn't really an enjoyable experience as it has very little 'vibe' and we were in the same breakfast booth we'd eaten at the day before - plus the food was very expensive - it was amazing food and so tasty, but a huge bill for what we got and compared to what we would pay in AU and not expect in terms of prices for a meal at a hotel restaurant in Thailand - perhaps try other restaurants in the hotel instead. We loved staying here - it has every amenity that you need, staff were exceptional and reception staff so helpful, and the hotel is new and modern and the rooms are very luxurious with balconies, facilities and everything you need.     From check-in to entering the room, everything was seamless and efficient. At one point, I thought I had lost my iPhone, but the staff quickly assisted with the investigation—thankfully it was only a false alarm.     Worst hotel ever

    This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to the inconvenience and also there were many wild animals and my bed was dirty after the Room service and in the morning when l was going to have breakfast l pressed the room cleaning button after l had breakfast the room was not clean and they were also not good with children and when l was sleeping the music was too loud when l went for breakfast l ordered macha and the macha came with water and l ordered again and there was no macha just a tiny bit and there was only milk and there is no privacy at all And when l was about to check out l was going to the room and the key didn’t work And I was supposed to pack and get the kids ready but l couldn’t l waited 40min then I could come in the room I recommend nobody to stay at this hotel 0 stars InterContinental Phuket Resort, Owner at InterContinental Phuket Resort by IHG, responded to this review Dear Priyakshim2026,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
