    Noisy main road location

    Located on a busy main road which is a thoroughfare to Bang Tao Beach so when I say it busy the noise never stops. They don’t offer breakfast, they don’t have a gym or do they have an airport shuttle service. There are no bikes either. The rooms and clean and tidy but nowhere to put your clothes or suitcases. The place is tired but you can’t change its location which is on a busy main road.

    Had an awesome time in this property..do not expect a hotel experience as this a small resort..they staff was kind enough to let us knw the room service & cleaning timings..highly recommended for couples..     The worst experience Ive ever had

    This is the worst experience Ive ever had. We arrived at night and it was raining hard so we were thinking we could order room service for dinner. But we were told theres no room service after certain time (no one ever told us about it) Next morning when I ordered, i realised the hotel actually did not have any restaurant, they gave us another restaurant menu and they ordered takeaway to serve their customer. Next morning we went out at 4:30pm and asked for room cleaning, they told us no cleaning after 4pm, ridiculous point was, no ever knocked our door and asked if we wanted cleaning at all. The day after we went out earlier and asked someone to clean our room. when we came back, only the bed was made with the same bed sheet. No cleaning, bathroom not cleaned, rubbish still in the room, nothing was wiped. What’s the room cleaning for?! Ive never been to a hotel this far away from town but no service and the cleaning was no good at all. I will come back again!!!! All restaurants nearby were all closed even Mc Donalds. Our room service starts from 09.00 – 20.00 everyday.Secondly, about cleaning service, in the morning we asked you for pool and room cleaning, but it was refused because you were eating. However, as you requested us to clean up your room the next day when you left and you just wanted us to clear up all the dishes at that time, our staff had done as you requested.Next, in the next day when you were away, we cleaned your room as usual. As our resort is a 3 star hotel, we have policy not to change the bed sheet to the booking which is less than 3 nights stays in order to protect the environment. (You stayed for 2.5 nights), and we realized that your bad sheet wasn’t dirty. (We don’t change the bad sheet daily like 5 star hotel.)Lastly, your booking is non-refundable, any cancellation made will be full of charge. You’ve announced that you had to early check out and asked for refund which we were unable to do that. However, we did offer you complimentary room service for 700 Baht and you agreed and had already used it.We would like you to know that we are the small 3 start hotel with great service reputation which you could see from other guest reviews in all websites. We have tried our best to do what you have requested, and hope that you’ll appreciate.

    Definitely good price with a private swimming pool

    It was really a disappointing moment after 3 days stay in 5-star luxurious Anantara hotel and picked one which is just an ordinary resort. However, after the arrival, we both got thrilled as it is really satisfying. Everything here is above standard. Far away from the crowded and noisy Padong area is our preference. It is located in a small town where local night market, convenience stores and restaurants can still be found. As food choice is sufficient, we just decided to buy takeaways to eat in our hotel after enjoying swimming in our private swimming pool. Two-day stay is just not enough for us. If you want to get rid of the city life, this resort is absolutely the best pick for you.     Great pricing ,customer service and halal food

    Went to the hotel last month on honeymoon, the private pool was small but excellent for privacy and they serve halal food at a reasonable price.They do not have much to offer late in the night, there are few supermarkets near by but you may have to walk a bit.Would recommend hotel to couples or small family.There is very little to do at a walking distance but you can always order a taxi or rent bike through hotel from the third party.Staff are excellent, there is no buffet but breakfast is delivered to the room based on the option chosen.
