  Location is 10/10.Room is clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr.Chai who helped us to move luggage to room. We would come back again.

  AVOID BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL IN THE SAME STREET

  The only good thing in that hotel is the location. Is close to the center but you can have quiet moments. For the rest I don't know from where to begin. First of all the whole hotel is a big scam. They say that they have internet if you can connect keeps you connected for 15 minutes and only for messages not for streaming. So if you want to work is impossible we were five person and we bought e Sims to have internet. We had 2 rooms they were spacious and that's all. Very basic things the first day we had 2 glasses to use they took them never replaced them. The cleaning lady she has a lot of rooms to do so everyday do the basics a quick hoovering and moping do the beds and change the towels. At the balcony they have some chairs with no table (?) And an ashtray on the floor. The housekeeping never did the balcony only took the garbage out. The first day we came one bird poop on at the window after 11 days the stink is still there. The room has a strange smell like humidity. Humidity stains everywhere one tile in the shower is hollow and the water go down. Don't speak about mirrors they never clean them. Also they have glass doors at the showers they have mold stains all the way round. .there are dirty windows never been cleaned and full with humidity stains everywhere. The elevator 30 years old. Then we go to the pool. Just another scam. The pool was big and the water is refreshing but if you search for the hot tub guess ...is just a visual installation. There is no hot tub. As they say. Also they have only 8 sunbeds and the whole terrace has one table with three chairs. The pool bar has only 2 ashtrays for the whole area.also they mention that the pool close at 8 but its a scam also they close it at 19 00. What to say for the breakfast. Forget what you know about breakfast. They have a very watery coffee than is undrinkable and some kind of orange juice that I bet they use 5 % juice and 95% water undrinkable also. They do eggs and omelets but you can not add things in. They have bread and some pastries and croissants that are not hot and they have no taste. They have only margarine and no butter with some kind of sugary jams but no Nutella or some chocolate spread for the kids. And then they have some bacon and sausages 2 options of cereals some fruits not the first quality and then it has thai and indian food at the worst ever condition. I bet they feed the staff with theese afterwards. I asked for Nutella and the answer was we don't provide Nutella. Tell me a hotel and a breakfast that they don't have Nutella or something like a chocolate spread. The breakfast room is big and spacious but they have packed it with chairs and tables and you can barely move also they have options only for two or four people to sit. We stayed 2 weeks there and I went only 2 times to eat breakfast hopefully there is a 7/11 across the street. The staff is poor and invisible especially at the pool bar they sit down with abig hat and rhythm snapping mosquitos with an electric racket thing repellent. They don't want to give you solutions. You can realize that they are underpaid and not suitable for that job. Above all theese and to mention that I haven't complaint all the time for all theese because it was my first time in Phuket and I didn't want to spoil my holidays i asked them the last day to keep the one room of the two that I booked for extra 4 hours and they told me that it's not possible because they are fully booked (crap) but I can have one room for extra 1750 bht and that this is their policy (to a family with two kids 8 and 9 years old). And also they told me that is business. So forget about hospitality there is no hospitality in that place. I regret spent my money there i bet the owner has no kids and they look you like walking wallets. Also I forgot to mention that my booking was for five persons in two rooms and guess they put us 2 beds in one room and one queen size to the other room. Five people in 4 beds and guess again they wanted extra euro to put another bed. In conclusion don't even think to book at this hotel they want to charge you even for the air you breath. My kids told me that they had the best holidays at the worst hotel ever. I found another hotel to move my belongings and do a quick shower before we leave from the paradise island. The staff treated me with a bad way and told me that I want to threat with my review but believe me is my honest review. Don't book at this hotel I regret that I didn't book in another hotel. Somewhere that they will treat me with humanity and respect and don't see me like walking pocket who they want to suck all the euros out of you. Also there is an exchange office across the street of the hotel they always have bad rates walk little bit up and left and you will save a lot. Across the hotel there is also a taxi station with honest and very good prices if you want to travel around the island. I will speak also with booking.com to inform them about how they treat the tourists. That hotel don't even come close to European standards and the three stars they have there are a lot. Should be 1 star. I forget to mention that there is no reception. Is an outdoor barn with glasses and they say that is reception. There is also and one tv in the room that it has weak signal and you can barely watch. I don't care if they say that is a revenge review for the money that I paid is nothing what I got back I just had one bed to sleep and a shower.

  You get what you paid for, we upgraded to a swim up, rooms wasn’t cleaned great at all was quite dirty to start off with, but what we paid you wouldn’t get a swim up for that price and we still enjoyed our time here, best thing about the hotel is the 7/11 across the road

  Only managed to stay 1 night out of 4. Felt dirty and old. We had a pool access room. Our Bed cover had yellow stains on it. The bed was like sleeping on cement. The bathroom was grotty. Just a massive, expensive disappointment.Breakfast was dreadful with hardly any options. Cannot recommend.

  My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 8 days. The hotel is super clean and the staff are friendly and excellent. The room cleaning is excellent and the breakfast is quality. In general, I recommend this hotel to everyone, especially the behavior of the staff and the care is very good.
