    A comfortable stay at the Golden Crown Grand Hotel

    Hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. It is within walking distance to the morning market, night market, Lee Garden Plaza, Robinson's, shopping malls, jewellery shops, massage centres, 7-Eleven, Watson's and eateries.Our room is clean and spacious with attached bathroom. Bathroom has a bath tub and separate hot and cold shower with free toileries accept toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a desk, sofa with low table, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, tea/coffee facilities and wardrobe with hangers. Free WiFi available for guests.No comments on the hotel food as we didn't try the food at the restaurant. There's massage service near the lobby.Staff attentive and friendly. There are tuk-tuks outside the hotel to visit popular sights and restaurants. Overall, we had a comfortable 2 nights stay on a weekday to avoid the crowds and busloads of tourists.

    location:Stayed here due to convenient access to Kim Yong morning market and have accessibility ramp for wheelchair. Most hotels in HDY do not have wheelchair access.car park available.The hotel:A popular and Busy traveller hotel with busloads of tourists checking in and out daily. Foot massage is availble for a fee - at the lobby and massage service can be offered in room. Next building: diamond plaza hotel and VL hotel is diagonally opposite. Not sure if a la carte breakfast is offered.walk 3-5 mins to Lee Gardens - Mcdonalds, Odean Dept Store, street foods.AT night : street food available, at the opposite cornerthe room:Simple very large room with big beds and wood floors. Nice shower stall and reasonably nice bathroom. Strong air conditioning and good bed. we booked adjoining connected room.no complaints and will stay again shortly.when this hotel is full - I choose Mayflower - which is nearby - just as good and nearer to Lee Gdn. When wheelchair ramp isnt necessary.

    3 Star Hotel in the Heart of Hat Yai

    This hotel is in a perfect location if you'd like to walk around the city. The breakfast is great with a variety of food choices. The check-in is smooth and they gave us the room key even if we came a bit early. Tuk-tuks and taxis are always waiting outside and Kim Yong Market is just a few meters away. Parking is free if you're planning to rent a motorbike.This place needs refurbishing. The bathroom needs regrouting. WiFi works, but the connection is not that stable. My girlfriend and I stayed here through a busy week so I didn't expect the staff to be that much attentive.

    Simple, but convenient 3-star hotel in the city. Clean room, friendly staff, just a few steps away from the popular Kim Yong Market. Several restaurants nearby. Don't expect any luxury, but hotel is okay if you need to be in Hat Yai for a couple of days.

    Room is tidy and reasonable size. Parking area is very tight. The hotel has limited to facilities as and the dining room area just not sure very impressive. It is located within a short walk to street markets and shopping malls. Many local restaurants within 5 to 10 minutes walk.
