The hotel is located in a 6-hectare palm grove in the tourism area of Sidi Bakour, the most animated and commercial zone of Djerba Island. The nearest town, Midoun, is 3 km away, while the island capital, Houmt Souk, is some 15 km from the hotel. The distance from the Djerba International Airport is 20 km (transfer time 30 minutes).

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 416 rooms, including 11 junior suites, 2 suites and 129 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. 3 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. Gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.

    Everything is amazing . The service is very friendly. The cleaning is excellent. The food is delicious. The drinks are whatever you like – strong or weak. The entertainment is very interesting and fun. You can't get bored. The best entertainers are Wissal and Omega.     Everything is just bad, they hassle you at every place, all in is NOT all in. No electricity today, the food is bad, like the bread that stays for 3 days. No clean tables, no help, and they are working at the hotel so the noise is everywhere. Do not come here if you want a little bit of normal vacation feeling.     Location is nice. Atmosphere welcoming. Rooms and bathrooms clean. There is variety of choices when it comes to food so you will definitely find something for yourself.The staff were kind and helpful. Animators were friendly and fun. They made sure everyone was having fun. I spent the most time with Emy, Wissal and Saif so i can tell you they were respectful. Every one of them was genuine and wonderful. I would come back to the hotel just to have a little more time to have fun with them, dance and chat. I have to tell you even tho i have been to many hotels i had never met such amazing team of animators but these 3 were outstanding with their kindness. Every night there were shows or games and parties so you can dance your heart out. I highly recommend going there.
