    Run away from this hotel

    rating25 Jan 2026

The only positive thing about this hotel is the beach and the outdoor pool which in December you can't enjoy since the whether is too cold. The restaurant areas are particularly outdated, with yellow walls and tiled floors, giving the impression of a forgotten old canteen of 1980s. The meal selection is very poor, hardly a 3-star level in a hotel pretending to be 4 stars. The hotel facilities are also very old-fashioned; there's no real bar, either inside or outside, the cocktails are simply undrinkable as is the coffee from the machine. The staff speaks very poor French and is really not polite. Finally, be vigilant regarding the pool towels. The hotel will require a cash deposit, preferably in euros or dollars. We wondered what this cash represents for the hotel, but it seems fundamental for them. If you refuse to pay cash, you won't get the famous blue pool towels. Should you dare to use the yellow towels from your room and go with them to the pool , the hotel staff will simply confiscate them and you'll not get the towels anymore. You'll be harassed throughout your stay, and at the end, the reception will order the security guard at the hotel exit to open all your luggage with your personal staff to check that you haven't stolen...the towels. This happened to us, and I can confirm that, besides the fact that no towels were found in our luggage (we come from a country where there's no shortage of towels), it didn't exactly enhance the respectful atmosphere we were as hotel guests.

Great hotel with amazing entertainment and lively atmosphere

    rating25 Sept 2025

We spent a week at this hotel in September and we were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. What we enjoyed the most were the animations organized by the entertainment team - they are really doing a great job. In the evenings, there were various themed shows, all different and very interesting. Some people complained about the music being loud until late at night, but at the same time, many guests were happy to keep the party going. It’s understandable that it might be disturbing for some, but for us it was part of the fun and atmosphere. The food was very good and varied - everyone could find something for themselves. A few dishes were a bit spicy, but that’s just a minor detail. The beach near the hotel is not perfect, as the sea brings in a lot of seaweed. The staff collects it regularly, but there are always some on the shore. The staff and service mostly speak French and not much English, but after a while we got used to it. I would rate the hotel as very good. I would happily come back here with a group of friends, because I know this is a place full of fun where you definitely can’t get bored.

    Sold 3* stay - NOT 4*

    rating13 Aug 2025

Several things become apparent right away. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, but the reality feels closer to a solid 3-star experience. While most of the staff provide excellent service, the front desk is notably less helpful and could use improvement. The rooms themselves are underwhelming. Expect uncomfortable mattresses, incomplete bed frames, wobbly chairs, dim white cold lighting, and limited storage space—especially inconvenient for stays longer than a week. Other quirks include cracked tiles and a single hinged door shared between the bathroom and toilet, which fits two separate door frames. It's an odd setup I’ve never encountered before. On the bright side, the rooms are kept clean and the housekeeping service is reliable.Entertainment and activities are almost exclusively in French, with little to no English spoken, so non-French speakers will feel left out. The beach is sandy but covered in algae, which, according to posted signage, is deliberately maintained to prevent erosion. However, about 100 meters to the right of the hotel, there’s a visible sewage pipe from a nearby beach bar that empties directly into the sea—something worth noting.Safety is a strong point, with a visible security presence after dark that adds peace of mind. If you're staying more than a week, be prepared for repetitive entertainment and recycled playlists. The pool is excellent ( be prepared that guests will "reserve" all of sunbeds way before breakfast) , but the bar offerings are disappointing—fruit juices are essentially diluted artificial concentrates. Water is your best bet.Food is fresh and varied, with plenty of options. The à la carte dining experience is not worth the hype—it’s just the buffet served at your table, without the freedom to choose your meal. You’re better off enjoying the regular buffet.Overall, it’s a decent 3-star hotel with some standout features and a few drawbacks. Manage your expectations, and you’ll likely have a pleasant stay.

    good stay

    rating01 Jul 2025

If you’re looking for a hotel in Tunisia that’s equal parts sun, sand, and “where did all the Wi-Fi go?”, look no further! Very good stay. Sure, some folks grumbled about the “low range” of food, but honestly, unless you’re expecting a Michelin-starred buffet at every meal, you’ll find something to nibble on. We even brought along a picky eater—her food standards are higher than my data roaming charges—and she never went hungry. That’s a win!The rooms were cleaned every day, which was great because sand has a sneaky way of showing up everywhere (seriously, how does it get in your shoes overnight?). Pro tip: ask for a room away from the pool unless you want to fall asleep to the dulcet tones of evening entertainment—think karaoke meets enthusiastic tambourine. The aquagym sessions were a highlight—nothing like doing synchronized star jumps in the pool and the sea to work off that third helping of dessert. The beach was cleaned daily, so you can build your sandcastle empire in style.Wi-Fi on the beach? Not a chance. But if you’re desperate to upload your new aquagym moves, the signal near the pool and in the room is your best bet. Besides, who needs the internet when you’ve got sun, sea, and the world’s most persistent poolside DJ?In summary: come for the sun, stay for the aquagym, and embrace the culinary adventure. Just remember, the only thing pickier than our eater was the Wi-Fi signal!

    Great holiday!

    rating06 Sept 2024

Wonderful place for a holiday. I highly recommend. Private beach, large swimming pool, very large selection of good food. You can really relax. Hotel staff helpful and supportive. The biggest surprise is the hotel's animators, who organized the guests' time from morning to night. Every evening on a different topic, really great wow for the team. During the day, darts, volleyball, archery and the world's best Aqua Gym! Big applause for the animation team! I'll be happy to come back.
