The resort has 269 rooms, including 5 suites and 194 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offer many delicious options. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    recently stayed at Hotel Sidi Mansour and it absolutely deserves a 5-star review. From the moment we arrived, the staff were brilliant – always smiling, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was arranging activities, helping with information, or just checking in to see that we were enjoying our stay.The entertainment was truly 5 star. Every day and evening there was something fun going on – shows, music, activities – all really well organised and full of energy. The animation team kept everyone engaged, from kids to adults, and created a fantastic atmosphere throughout our holiday.Overall, Hotel Sidi Mansour gave us a memorable experience with outstanding service and top-quality entertainment. I would highly recommend it and would happily return for another stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Billy the best notulla

    Fantastic Holiday at a Lovely Hotel!

    We were slightly worried before we went about the number of negative reviews, but we genuinely found them to be unfounded. We really enjoyed the chilled vibes of the hotel, even though there were so many activities to join if you wanted to. The rooms were basic, but functional. Take your own kettle and cups for the room. The food was really varied and very good, with a range of tourist fare, together with Tunisian dishes, salads, amazing patisserie and watermelon on tap! The pool was really clean, extensive, however, sunbeds were in short supply at times. The Reception staff were incredibly helpful and the Animation Team worked so hard. The shoreline at the beach was covered in seaweed, which made it difficult to wade out, but you could access the sea about 20 yards down the beach.I don't recognise the hotel as described in these negative reviews as we had such a lovely time!

    Stayed in his hotel with my boyfriend first week of June. Hotel room:The hotel was cleaned everyday really well. We received swans in our rooms and was very tidy and clean every time we went back to our rooms. Fresh towels everyday.The animation team:THE BEST PART OF THE HOLIDAY!!!especially KIMO, and SPIKE. They made are holiday so fun, bubbly and lively. Love them so much.ABDUL taught us dances and was very friendly. NUTELLA, was amazing too. So many things to do around the pool it was never dull.Food:So much variety in the food. There is food for everyone. Tried new things which we found delicious. Drinks:Could have more variety with the drinks however the bar stuff were smiley and funny. Evening entertainment was really good too. Lots of dancing and good games. Foam party was awesome. And comedy show was funny. Photographers:Oussama took loads of photos around the pool and evening which we could choose to buy after. We bought 8 photos. Really good photos and the photographer was really friendly taught us some Arabic and made the experience really nice.The shop within the hotel was very pushy and expensive. Would definitely come back every year. So much to do in Djerba!!!!

    Cheap hotel and that’s how you need to start describing it. I’ve been to many cheap ones but I’d not recommend Sidi Mansour. Food is pretty okey with its small variety however the restaurant is dirty. All tables and chair are so sticky it’s uncomfortable to eat there. Hotel itself is very old - which is visible everywhere. Rooms as well. You have to pay for pool towels (which apparently they pay you back at the end of your stay), however the towels are NON EXISTENT. If I didn’t take my own I wouldn’t be able to use the pool. On the second day (so about the 6 or 7th time I went to reception to ask for towels) I finally got them cause every time I heard they are “out”. In June? For real? Animation team is trying so that it the only plus of this hotel. Area around the pool is dirty. You cannot put your bag on tiles if you don’t want it to be dirty too.I’d not recommend and I’d not come back.
