Location

Located in an outstanding setting of palm trees and greenery at the beginning of the resort area, bordering the best sandy beaches on the island of Djerba, the hotel is only 20 minutes from Djerba-Zarzis International Airport and 10 minutes from Houmt-Souk, the island's capital city.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 276 rooms, including 14 junior suites and 6 suites. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Meals

Various dining options are available, including 4 restaurants, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Room is spacious with an ocean view, but with a few shortcomings. First thing was they mixed up our luggages and sent to the wrong rooms. All our friends in various rooms got very confused and had to stand in the corridor to swap.Being a beach resort, it had no laundry line, and not enough hooks for wet swim suits. Bottled water was not replenished daily. And the LavAzza coffee machine was good and two capsules were supposed to be provided but we only got two empty holes in the signboard (see photo). Guess if we insisted we could have called housekeeping for more water and coffee but we didn’t bother.Spa entrance looked nice but inside whirlpools were not working, sauna was not hot enough (because door didn’t close properly). It’s by no way a five star spa (but the gym was quite well equipped). Shower areas in pool did not look clean. Outdoor pool area was however, a lot better, with a lot more lounge chairs and son umbrellas. Pool was about 50m width wise. Beach is magnificent with good photo opportunities (a horseman was strolling back and forth for us to take photos, or horse riding if you like). The beach was split into couple beach and family beach separately (though too rough at the time we visited)Buffet breakfast sumptuous with real egg station (in our previous hotel in Tunis…the chef in the egg station couldn’t give the eggs we wanted.)The Tunisian restaurant was good with live music and various choices. We had the cold platter and a hot platter and were both delicious. Salads were fresh too. Very good facilities for the mobility challenged and baby strollers….well built rams everywhere.     The hotel, it’s really good. I was there on a half board basis which meant that I could only eat in the main buffet restaurant, The food was a good standard and plentiful. The pool area and beach were lovely. Staff were attentive and friendly. My spa experience was exceptionally good.     I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeping team was exceptionally professional, keeping everything spotless and comfortable throughout my visit. Their attention to detail made me feel well cared for.Equally impressive was the manager, who was incredibly kind and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant, always greeting me warmly and offering assistance whenever needed.Overall, the combination of excellent housekeeping and a thoughtful manager created a welcoming atmosphere that made my experience memorable.
