Location

This hotel is located on a 9-hectare plot along one of the most beautiful beaches in Djerba. It lies just 10 km from Midoun, 10 minutes from shopping venues and 15 minutes by car from the nearest nightspots, the bowling alley and the casino. Houmt Souk is 25 km away and it is 32 km to Djerba International Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 325 rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The bungalow complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub (for a fee), a waterslide and a pool bar. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. A variety of activities such as tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, crazy golf, golf and archery or, for a fee, horse riding, are offered at the complex. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy jet skiing, paddle boating and banana boat rides. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant with air conditioning, a breakfast room and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    This was our 3th time staying at Vincci Hotels, and our fifth time visiting Djerba. Overall, we had a really nice stay.Compared to our last visit, many of the issues we previously mentioned in our review have clearly been improved. The cleanliness has noticeably improved, and the animation team has really stepped up their quality. We started joining some of the activities this time, including yoga and aqua aerobics, which were both great. The animators leading these sessions were very friendly and welcoming, especially the instructor who hosted the yoga/gymnastics activity.The gardening around the hotel continues to be well maintained, just as it was before, and the food quality has remained consistently good.The bartenders were very friendly, and the staff in general were kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.There are only a few small things that could be improved. Some parts of the rooms, such as the balconies and a few other elements, feel a bit run down and could benefit from some renovation in the near future. That said, it didn’t significantly affect our stay.Overall, we had a pleasant experience and it’s clear that the hotel has taken feedback seriously and made improvements since our last visit.     Visited Vinci Helios and nad a really enjoyable experience. The enviroment was welcoming and very well organised, and the Staff made sure guests felt comfortable. The standout highlights was definitely Bobo an incredibly gifted animator and entertainer. He Has a great way of connecting with all guests creating fun and lively atmosphere.     We had a fantastic visit to Vinci Helios! The place itself is beautiful, the staff are welcoming, and the atmosphere is great for families. What made our experience truly stand out, though, was Bobo. He is an amazing animator and entertainer with so much energy, creativity, and enthusiasm.
