Location

This hotel is located 300 m from the beach, 1 km from Hammamet South bus station and 5 km from the centre of Hammamet and the marina.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 300 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Rooms

With aquafit or, for a fee, windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, billiards, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and thalassotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Absolutely horrible experience. Shuttle service, absent. Urine colored stains on bed. Cockroaches everywhere. Take note there are no reviews on Trio Advisor since 2023. Censorship at its finest, but try other platforms to see the truth.     Where do I start? Oh yeah — the shuttle van never showed up to pick me up from the airport. I ended up getting a ride from the Aloft hotel driver who was kind enough to take me since the hotel is nearby. That was the only positive part of this experience.When I arrived, I could immediately tell the place was sketchy. The smell when I walked in was awful — a mix of mustiness and body odor. I checked in and asked to be added to the shuttle list for the next morning. Despite claiming to have a 24/7 shuttle, I was told otherwise once I arrived — surprise.I headed to my room on the second floor and nearly gagged walking down the hallway because of how bad it smelled. But for $94 a night, I figured I’d just deal with it. That changed quickly when I got to the room. The sheets had visible yellow stains and what looked like dried semen. The bathroom was dirty, especially the tub. Worst of all — there was a dead cockroach on the floor that housekeeping clearly hadn’t bothered to clean up. At that point, I was completely disgusted and went straight to the front desk.I demanded a new room, which they gave me a few doors down. This one seemed cleaner, so I tried to settle in. But later that night, someone started banging on my door. It seriously frightened me. I called the front desk and they acted clueless, like I was making it up. I barely slept the rest of the night, constantly on edge thinking someone might try to come back.As for food options? There really aren’t any decent ones nearby. There’s a weird “Asian country” place that felt creepy — I walked in and it was totally empty. There’s a fast-food spot, but the area had homeless people hanging around and just didn’t feel safe.To top it all off, the shuttle still didn’t show up in the morning, so I had to take a Lyft to my destination.Avoid this hotel at all costs. Unreliable shuttle, filthy rooms, poor service, and an overall unsafe and uncomfortable experience.     Came because I read a review they did no deposit. That’s false not only is it a deposit but it has to be on a card. The reason I booked is I lost my cards. Get to the property and refused service. Wouldn’t even take cash for the deposit. Needless to say me my wife and 8 month old slept in the car that night.     IHG should be embarrassed to brand this property - I ended up leaving after trying two different rooms - they both reeked of cigarette smoke and the cooling units weren’t fully functional, which is an absolute deal breaker when the temp is 100+
