Location

Overhanging a magnificent beach of golden sand, this hotel is situated in front of the sea and takes advantage of a splendid 5 ha garden, all 3 km away from the Medina of Hammamet North. There is a bus station just in front of the resort, and the train station and tourist office are in the centre of Hammamet. Carthage Airport is about 65 km away.

Facility

3 junior suites, 3 suites and 263 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a babysitting service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel doctor. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Drinks and snacks at the poolside snack bar and a hot tub provide refreshment for the body, mind and soul. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and archery. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes snorkelling and aquafit, with water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning and diving available for a fee. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and Ayurveda treatments. An entertainment programme for adults and children ensures that guests have plenty to see and do during their stay.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch and dinner). Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras, including snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    This was our third visit, check in and out was very easy, we waited and paid the tourist tax next day.We had two rooms with a sea view 227 and 229, the rooms are well maintained and the housekeeping staff do a great job of keeping them clean, i would recommend that you upgrade to a sea view room.The food and beverage are very good, the main restaurant has many dishes which are changed each day, a big thank you to Maurad who looked after us for all of our meals.The bar is well staffed, the pool bar cocktails are good produced by Sofien and the rest of the staff, the pool waiters were very hard working.We used the main bar and seating area in the evenings, we were very lucky to be looked after by Sofien, he has looked after us on every visit and provides excellent service.The pool area is very clean and well maintained by the staff and gardeners.We had an excellent holiday and would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit, thank you to all of the hard working staff.     Wonderful Holiday at Le Sultan Hotel

    We had an amazing all-inclusive holiday at Le Sultan Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Our luggage was carried for us, and we were greeted with a welcome drink, which was a lovely start to our vacation.The entertainment was excellent. Every evening there was a different show with talented performers and great entertainment. During the day, there were plenty of activities to choose from, including archery, water aerobics, and many more.A special thank you goes to the animation team, especially Fedi, Hero, Sedak, and Omar. They were always cheerful, friendly, and full of energy, making every day even more enjoyable.The bar service was outstanding. The bartenders quickly learned our favorite drinks, and whenever our glasses were empty, a new drink was already on its way. The level of service was truly exceptional.The hotel was always clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.We had a fantastic time and would return to Le Sultan Hotel without hesitation.
