Location

Ideally located in the magical setting of Hammamet, this hotel is situated near the beach.     2 stars is too much for this place. The pool maybe it doesnt look dirty but the smell of urine its so strong, there wasn't a spot around the pool to sunbath without beeing hit of a strong urine smell. The balcony, the room,the bathroom smell also of urine. Maybe there was a pipe nearby, maybe the sewers..i saw the ladies cleaning daily with probably pure bleach but the smell was still there. Few of the guys working there speak very good english and are always very helpful, and then some dont know what customer service means.The building from outside looks nice, but is in the middle of nowhere, doesnt have a spot on the beach, no restaurants really near by. I will never come back here, and i dont recomend it.

    We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and nothing was good , no service , very very dirty rooms , the air condition was not working , and the best is the breakfeast , they bring you a coffe and some bread and that it !! the swiming pool is dirty , we went there cause we had no place else to go otherwise we would never stay 2 night , i will never be back Résidence L, General Manager at Residence la Paix, responded to this review According to this complain, I made an investigation with our guest satisfaction team, I did not find any complain. All our guests were satisfied, Our swimming pool is very clean and good managed by Professional staff and is contrlled every day. The breakfast is continental and all our guests were happy with it.Cleaning room is daily with the change of the laundry.If you prvide me more informations about our guests or the date of their stay it will help me more to make more inquiry.Best regards.

    We stayed here the first two weeks of June 2015. The holiday was a great success. Couldn't praise the staff highly enough, the apartments were small but kept in excellent order with daily servicing and flower petals as decorations. The restaurant food was limited but excellent and the chef was great. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday with time to catch up on reading or sunning at the pool which like everything else is kept immaculately clean. The gardens are also lovely. Rita

    It was a nice stay in this hotel. Good rooms with good housekeeping and service. Very friendly staff especially two cheerful ladies at the reception. The beach was just 3 mins walking across the street. The location is slightly far from the center if go walking, but ok with taxi for a cheap fare. The breakfast had limited choices and I didn't like that we gotta daily pay for the internet.
