Location

Situated in the heart of Yasmine Hammamet, the hotel is only 500 m from the beach. The historic centre of Hammamet is only 10 km away. Links to the public transport network are within a stone's throw. Tunis-Carthage International Airport is 65 km away and Monastir - Habib Bourguiba International Airport is 85 km away.

Facility

The resort has 8 apartments, 17 single rooms and 107 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides and canoeing. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and darts. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. The resort also offers snacks. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We got to the hotel from the airport on time, but the rooms were all still not available. We couldn't get into the restaurant, even though it was 2 p.m. and we had two kids with us. What the heck! I had to leave the hotel just to find food and weather for my kids, even though the hotel was supposed to be all-inclusive. My advice is to skip it. If you find another place, don't hesitate.

    Terrible, there is no private beach, the sands are polluted with all sorts of rubbish, no chairs nothing. Beach is two blocks away. Air conditioning is way way out of date and broken. Pool wasn’t clean at all but started cleaning it a day before leaving.What can I say about the food… as all inclusive myself and other arrivals complained, very minimal I’d actually say very sparingly. One night a large party of people came, should have been to do Bellydancing but as soon as the dining room doors opened they were like vultures. No food life for us who were already staying and so much food waist after.Music… base so so loud it actually hurt.I have videos

    I was planning to stay for six days but I checked out on the fifth day and despite the fact that I booked half boarding I ate only for the first two days. My experience at the restaurant was terrible : cats wondering inside and even one reached to the buffet. I asked to get my food outside and nobody attended to me so I left and I didn’t eat there for the remainder of my stay. They also have a limited choice with poor quality of fruit and dishes. The rooms have ants everywhere. They must do something about it and they have to clean the restaurant better , improve their menues and address the problem of cats. On the positive side, most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent for a family especially when you have kids. It’s only a few hundred meters from marina and from all attractions such as Carthage land and Medina. I hope they can address these issues.

    It is a very bad destination. The food was so bad. There was no heating, even that it was so cold. In the indoor swimming pool the water was cold. It's dirty. There was no toilet tissue, no shampoo and no towels.

    Out of season visit. Fantastic service. Great team on the Animation crew! Milak, Ash and Sam. All very friendly and helpful. The rooms we’re spotless and cleaned daily by some very friendly ladies. Plenty of food and drinks. Highly recommended 👍
