Beware of the pool closing at 7pm and a lackadaisical breakfast !!And a half measured attempt of friendliness at the poolside bar and don’t go beyond room 44 if you wanna be close to the pool and be sure to have a connection to leaving by mid day as you’ll be asked to leave by then……..

The hotel manager an older woman was the most ignorant person i have ever met in a hotel. She looked at me like "euro-trash" and had not a nice Word to say.And she was not nice to the staff either! She should work with something else!!Otherwise the staff was friendly! But that woman gives the hotel a bad reputation....

    Poor hygiene

    rating01 Sept 2023

Pros:-Is suitable for anyone looking for a bed to sleep at a cheap price.-Good location with lovely sea view.Cons:- Hair and stains in bed sheets.- Floors covered with hair.- Hot shower not working. Had to shower with cold water.- Quality of food in restaurant is average.- Ants crawling on the room floor.- AC failed to keep room cool. Not functioning correctly.I stayed here one night in August and unfortunately wouldn't do so again.

    Amazing service

    rating18 Jul 2019

We was staying at other hotels with our baby and being moved day by day by our insurance as we could not fly home due to the baby being injured over here, this day the insurance couldn’t find us anywhere to stay so we was on the streets for 5 hours. A woman who works here in receptions took us in for 3 hours until it was sorted, the outside bar gave food and drink for the baby. They literally couldn’t do enough for us. I am so grateful my baby would of been starving if it wasn’t for this hotel. And they did not want a penny off us for us waiting there or the food for the baby.

Not for family, bad food, dirty beach

    rating07 Aug 2018

We came for two weeks to have good time and plenty of sun to recharge our battery s.Transfer was ok,bus as u expect in Tunisia dirty but staff polite.Outside view during transfer like Afghanistan games dirty smelly unpleasant, but we had up to hotel with lot of pation.Well hotel staff was friendly I have to say we felt safe, but room and sustaining much lower our expectations,on picture looking not bad,but reality is away different. Ants ,2inch cockroaches are very comment,no fridge or welcome cold drinks or water.Room is like belongs to different century, bed good as stone floor..some my benefits from that perhaps.Pillows fills like bricks.I personally waiked up 10-15 time during night.Talking breakfast you better spend couple of quids for eat out but hotel breakfast is boring same stuff all the time, boiled eggs coffee tomatoes and you have to buy water otherwise water from Tunisia tap smelly and worm.Supper is better but good for surviving not for meal you will enjoy, and ofcous no coffee water e.c. you have to buy it.Internet addicted must choose different countries perhaps different hotel,if 3 people in the lobby you got no internet.Beach dirty and water smelly ,city dirty water outlet 150 miters away, and swimming pools close at 18:00.Good thing is you like go to bed late music playing out loud till 1 in the morning, but for my family it'd work out well. And big thing they mostly speak franch so English tourist would have communication problems.Housing is ok I have to say they tried. That was great experience to try Tunisia lea Palmer s hotel but won't come back even for free.yes even not for free
