    Had a lovely 2 week stay here. Rooms were clean, spacious and modern.Grounds were well kept and very scenic. Plenty of space in the hotel to sit and chill out on the wifi. Pool area was clean and plenty of brollys and sun loungers. Bar staff were exceptional, they made amazing cocktails, service was speedy and personalised and they were always smiling.Reception were helpful and friendly. Food was yummy. Served hot and always replenished when things were getting low.Maids were happy to clean and replenish the room with fresh white towels daily.I will 100% be returning to this hotel.Thank you. Tips:*fly spray*tipping staff goes a long way

    We booked this hotel via love on the beach, I really wished I read these reviews. When we arrived the hotel looked ok from the outside, it has a fair opposite which my kids were really excited about. On arrival there were big gangs of men sat outside and prostitutes leaving. Reception staff were rude and not helpful at all. The rooms was disgusting. Our feet stuck to the carpet, stains on carpets and beds and hair in the bath. The next morning we went to breakfast it was dark and not a single English person in there. As a blonde woman I was stared at by all men and woman. I have never felt so scarred. I called the travel agent and they were not helpful at all, just told us to call the police. So we got our bags and jumped in a taxi, 5 minutes down the road was an amazing hotel called Marhaba Palace. They couldn’t help us enough. Sad to say we lost our money on that hotel but the move was worth every penny. Please please do not try this hotel.

    I am from Wales but spend most of my life in Tunisia I liked this hotel very much clean food great but I will advise holiday makers this is not like all hotels mostly other cultures not Tunisian. And you would feel singled out in the restaurant. But I am a person who mingles and I found most people lovely but overall hotel clean beautiful. Rooms cleaned every day. TV and fridge in all rooms without charge which was great all channels I enjoyed my stay I took videos pics.

    After reading the reviews, I wasn’t expecting a good hotel. However I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Was allocated the best room, beautiful views from a huge double balcony. I was the only English person in the building as there were mainly Algerian, however, the Tunisian staff were great, friendly and polite, particularly reception staff who are amazing . Security was the best I’ve seen in Tunisia! Thank you, I love the hotel 🙏🏻

    Love this hotel and location is perfect travelled with friend .. very few English which never really bothered me lot of Algerian young boys .. never bothered me also... very friendly .. rooms cleaned everyday and fresh towels food repetitive but always something to eat .. do have problem with buying water with meal which is not good can't even take own (water) in restaurant .. no night time entertainment again don't bother me ..staff and security have been friendly and helpful when needed .. can't wait to go back 😊
