  We had the best holiday at Royal Jinene Hotel and have already booked to come back again! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel so welcome.The food was really nice with plenty of choice every day, so there was always something for everyone. The evening entertainment was great and we really enjoyed the atmosphere every night.A special mention to the animation team who worked so hard around the pool getting everyone involved in the activities and keeping guests engaged during the evening entertainment too. They were friendly, energetic, and made the holiday even more enjoyable.The management team were always around, happy to help, and answered any questions we had throughout our stay.We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday, and we honestly can’t wait to come back again!

  Short transfer approx 40 mins from airport.Reception Manager very helpful. Room was very spacious and clean.All staff very helpful and couldn't do enough. Good selection of food every meal. General cleaning good. Animation team in main bar every night. Relaxed atmosphere ****

  Well to say we were disappointed is an understatement.This hotel is like walking back in time to an 1930s film.The rooms are less than adequate, although a good size.Horrible smell from the draindms in the bathroom and toilet.Had to keep reporting the toilet wasn't flushing and it was leaking.The bathroom was a bit of a shock, had a bath that so old rough on the bottom, far to high to get in and out with no rails if you were slightly unsteady on your feet.shower curtain was so dirty and smelt awful.No shower mats in the bathroom.Bathroom floor dangerous when wet.No basin plug in the bathroom.Lights in the bathroom inadequate.No tea/coffee making facilities.No telephone in the rooms for emergencies.No mini bar.Fridge didnt seem to get cold enough.Bedroom had 4 beds in and 2 chairs and a table.Curtains was very healthy.No bulbs at all in beside lamp on one side of the and only one bedside lamp.Beds we're like trying to sleep on a board and pillows much the same and they had a musty smell.No instruction or information leaflet pack.No information about the door key being the safe key as well.No hangers in the wardrobes.No information given at reception on arrival.Very old furniture and smells of smoke from the bar.Bar music so loud that you couldn't hear each other speak.Kids in bar running around.Children's entertainment in the small bar area.Entertainment all round was rubbish.Tiny tea/coffee cups and cold when it reaches you.The restaurant is on another level of hygiene.Flies was a big problem.Food not covered.Bread had flies all over it.Toaster was inadequate.Microwave to heat the food in.Same food most nights with bits added to it to make another dish.Beef served for 4 days.Salad added to daily and actually tasted like it was going off.Hot food was cold.No selection of fruit.Tongs/spoons being used to serve food from the guests after one man sneezed into his hands and carried on using them.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

  Well located. The hotel looks a bit dated but the rooms as clean and tidy. The beds are a wee bit too firm for us but if like a hard matters you'll be fine. The staff are very helpful and friendly and can't do enough for you. If ask them to make you a fresh pizza they are very accommodating. I would like to say a big thank you to Omar and Ali the 2 pool attendants for helping my wife when she had medical problem when she was swimming and the management for asking if she was alright and if she was okay every time they saw her. The pool is kept very clean and well maintained. The animation team were good and worked well to try and get you involved. The only problem was the bar as it was a smoking area and it was unpleasant if your a none smoker. The food was ok not everyone's cup of tea but there was always something to eat and there was a microwave to heat it up if it was not warm enough for you. I will definitely go back to the Royal Jinine again.Thanks for a good time
