    Worst resort in Punta cana is Excellence resort

    Room was dirty discusting. View was an abandoned lake, food has flies all over. It was so bad, my husband and I decided not to stay. We paid $1698.55 US Dollars for 5 night. I left same day i check in because their facility was dirty and bad. They didn't refund nothing. Not even an early cancelation was acepted. It was so bad, that the bath top was re painted, badroom was old and also dirty. Not a good experience. I hope this review help you and you dont have to go through a bad experience.

    Their service and breakfast has changed a lot in comparison with 2012. At least the hotel is improving. There are supermarket (Monoprix) and restaurants around, especially a very good "Spécialité Turquie" to the south of the hotel, near the El Manar Mosque.

    It is clean, the sound insulation is not terrible, the design is normal, the staff is not nice or bad so there is actually nothing specially to complain about, either to point out as being exceptional.The price is honest and matches with the standards of the hotel.Do not expect to have a wonderful stay however, this is just a "come at evening and sleep, wake up and leave" hotel.About the location, it is close to Menzah 6 and close to the highways, so I believe it can be considered as a good location
