  The hotel is located in a beautiful tourist area, by the sea, the reception is good and the services are excellent, the staff are very nice, the food is delicious, there are many places to rest and relax, feel calm, I wish to return again to the hotel, thank you staff and management for the good reception and Gentle treatment.

  I stayed at the palace and I really enjoyed my stay, food excellent, service super. Especially mademoiselle Salma bo. How helped me with all modalities and touristic side seeing. I would recommend this hotel

  This is an enormous hotel. It has extensive grounds and overlooks the sea. Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The food was OK but there was not much choice for vegetarians.   Calm and friendly place to visit

  Stayed in August. There was no fridge in the room, they promised to put one, and it never came although we asked for it few times as the medicines and baby food couldn't stay out. The airconditioning was moldy (photo attached), it was working properly, but for this reason we had to avoid using it even if it was very hot and humid outside. On one occasion we went out and left it on with the room darkened on purpose, to return to the balcony doors open, lights open and toilet with the product for cleaning glass there, but nothing cleaned (photo attached). The cleaning lady enters the room three times during the day, first time she takes out dirty towels, second time is the cleaning time, and the third time in the afternoon to bring the clean towels. Staff is very kind and professional, cleanliness is at a high level except the fact that all of the hotel is smoking friendly and people are smoking even in front of the rooms and at the hotel entrance. The food is really diverse and with a lot of effort put in it, the staff at the restaurant is really professional and helpful.The hotel is a bit far from other places, but it's an ok place to rest and relax. Massage and some other services can be done with an appointment at the reception.the swimming pool and the hotel are beautiful and calm. One can order food at the swimming pool, if I remember well, simple pizza margharita was 18 dinars, so very fair price and great variety of food to chose from.Our friends didn't experience what we did, so I don't know why we weren't at least transfered in another room because at the end we did have to pay for the full service. All in all, it wasn't really a pleasant experience, we just wanted what we payed for.   Time flies fast

  Sometimes when times flies fast and a place/ hotel etc don’t, it’s often positively and charming. Not this example I’m afraid.The revolution in 2010, in no doubt, stopped the development and tourism in Tunisia. But step-by-step, the country has arisen and starting be an attractive place to visit.Gamath, where this hotel is places, has several nice hotels. All of them well driven.This one still needs lots of investment and or a strong management.If your settled with a bed and a swimmingpool, go ahead. If you don’t like smoking everywhere, non-working refrigerator in your room, many Liberians and dirty carpets on the walls, try another hotel.The service from most of the personal is friendly, but be prepared for delays and misunderstandings.The beach is not the best, but works for a swim. The breakfasts is average.
