    I had such a great experience with this hotel having just walked out of the one I had originally booked. The lady on reception was so helpful, she checked me in very early for no extra charge as the room was ready and she also priced matched it to what I’d found on a booking website. The pool, gym, sauna and spa jacuzzi was all included in the booking and was open exceptionally long hours. I wanted this most importantly as I’d just travelled for 48 hours so I spent most of my time chilling on the sun loungers on the roof top. The location was perfect. It took me 20 minutes to walk to central quay, around the harbour and opera house etc. It was also right by tube stops and took my 15 minutes by tube from the airport.It was also minutes walking in the opposite direction to Sully Hills and Oxford St with loads of cute cafes, coffee stops and shops. My room was good value for money. I had a queen suite which had a huge bed, a living area and kitchen area and private bathroom with huge bath. The only thing I’d say is the rooms are quite outdated and in need of a bit of TLC, but that didn’t take away from my stay. The bed itself was very very comfy and I slept all night even with my jet lag!

    I was so impressed with this hotel and its location and facilities. The front counter staff are so kind and helpful and nothing was a problem. The location is superb and the rooms are on point clean. I will stay at this hotel for future business trips.     Very disappointing

    Booked a one bedroom apartment good location, good spa and pool if you dont mind climbing a zillion steps, lovely female receptionist (working 2pm to 10.pm. but sadly nothing else. Living room furniture was of very poor quality I just could not get comfortable. Chaise lounge when I sat on the cushions I sunk and hit the bar underneath (absolute crap) Had NO support whatsoever (I had actually donated one of better quality few weeks earlier). Not impressed!!! No coffee machine not even a cheap coffee pod machine and no streaming channels? Really? I mean come on, most homes have that now its standard. Also very noisy air-conditioning unit (reception lady lowered the fan setting but it was still too noisy) and too cold for me anyways so turned it off in the end (could set it to warm). Water pressure in the shower not great. Havent tried the bed yet but if that's uncomfortable that will be the last straw. Not happy wished I was home in my recliner lounge watching my netflix!!!     They left 2 towels for 4 people, they charged $1 for coffee pods. Clean but not friendly. We will not go back to this hotel.     Misleading Photos, Broken Bed, and Noisy Rooms – Not What Was Promised

    I booked this hotel because the website promises “quiet, soundproof rooms so you can relax and wake up refreshed in the heart of the city.” That claim was a big part of why I chose this property — but the reality was nothing like what was advertised.The room was extremely noisy. The air‑conditioning wasn’t just loud; it made a constant mechanical clunking that made it almost impossible to sleep. I reported the issue and was moved to another room, but the second room had the exact same problem. At that point it was clear this wasn’t an isolated fault but something inherent to the building or the AC system.On top of that, the building is absolutely not soundproof. I could hear traffic, street noise, and people outside throughout the night. When a hotel markets “soundproof rooms,” you expect at least a reasonable level of insulation — not windows that might as well be open.The photos online are also heavily edited. The room looks bright, modern, and spacious in the images, but in person it felt much smaller, darker, and noticeably worn. It was a pretty stark contrast to what was advertised.To make matters worse, the bed in the second room was actually broken and sat on an angle. It was uncomfortable and honestly surprising for a hotel at this price point.Between the misleading photos, the lack of soundproofing, the loud air‑conditioning in multiple rooms, and a broken bed, the stay simply wasn’t fit for its basic purpose: providing a quiet, comfortable place to rest. The experience didn’t match what was promised, and the issues couldn’t be fixed even after being moved.
