Location

This apartment hotel is located close to the centre of Altinkum. Many public transport links are to be found in the surrounding area, which are quick and easy to reach. It is 250 m to the nearest sandy beach and the closest shops are just 300 m away. In addition, countless bars, clubs and restaurants are all just a stone's throw from the hotel (600 m).

Facility

Guests have a choice of 97 suites and 91 double rooms located in two 6-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked.     Hotel Ezra has the Best Staff in the World

    We can't speak highly enough about this hotel. What it lacks in grandeur it makes up for in top class service by the staff. It has a lovely family feel and nothing is too much trouble. The food was great, not a large choice, but great quality and the friendly chef was out each night to talk to guests. The entertainment team worked hard and got to know everyone. From the bar staff, to the maids who cleaned our rooms and made our towels into cute animals, the whole team were wonderful and are the greatest asset to the hotel. A special thanks to the reception staff who helped us with many things, especially Daphne and Ezra. We would love to come back, it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

    Now finishing my 3rd visit to this hotel and I really don’t want to go home! I absolutely love this place.The hotel itself is perfectly located — very close to the beach, with Migros directly opposite, and the Sky Bar just a 30-second walk away. It’s open until 3am and shows all sports. If you enjoy clothes shopping, the strip is only a 10-minute walk away with hundreds of shops.The staff at the hotel are amazing and make you feel welcome from the minute you walk into reception. It genuinely feels like one big family and they can’t do enough for you.The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day. I’m already looking at booking again for next year and I’m not even home yet!You will not be disappointed.
