    Great holidays at the Panormos.

    My wife and I have visited Panomos many times over 20 years. We have never had a bad holiday. Fantastic, friendly staff, clean rooms that have been improved and updated over the years. Excellent restaurant and food, and the best pool in Altinkum. We love the place.

    I come to this hotel every year and wouldn’t stop anywhere else. The staff are amazing, nice clean hotel and great value for money. I go and it’s like your there with family as been going there solo for the last 9 years and this year I brought family with me and they loved it.

    Not enjoyable at all, what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday after a stressful year. Spoilt by the Dj’s party of 15. Took over everything. Guests got pushed to the back for food & drink orders. Totally unacceptable, I have made a complaint to our holiday company, will not be returning.

    Sad to say I won’t be coming back to this Hotel.Second time visiting Turkey this year and this time I Felt like an unwanted guest at the entertainment staffs party. (The Dj and his family of 15) got VIP treatment over food being served before others even though ordering after others around them. Food would then arrive to guests in other tables cold and in bits.. Entertainment his family shouldn’t class it as karaoke as it’s just them singing with an odd guest here and there. His family even did dance routines every 3 songs tho it’s supposed to be karaoke. The DJ and family comes 3/4 times a year and just has a private party spoiling it for everyone else. The WiFi is shocking and with young kids who like to settle with a tablet this is impossible.
