  It was in general very good specially some workers specially Serhat who has been always attending the whole area and was supervising if all passengers were taking care with a very polite manner and behavior.

  Extremely disappointing and suspicious experience – destroys trust in Turkish hotels

  My parents stayed at this hotel for almost a week in August. Everything seemed fine until they returned home to Denmark and realized my mother had forgotten her jacket in the room. I called the hotel immediately, and the staff confirmed they had found it. They promised to take care of it and send it to us.But that’s when the nightmare began.They promised to call back – they never did. I called again, and suddenly no one knew anything. After several calls and transfers, they “found” the jacket again and promised that their security staff would handle the shipping. Of course, nothing happened.This went on for months – the same excuses, the same promises, and absolutely no results.Now, months later, we still haven’t received the jacket or any clear explanation.The whole situation feels deeply unprofessional and extremely suspicious. A hotel that claims to have found a guest’s belongings but repeatedly “forgets,” “loses,” and “promises to send it again” without action is a serious red flag.It’s outrageous and disappointing, because you expect a hotel to show respect for its guests and take responsibility for such a simple matter.What’s even worse is that places like this ruin the reputation of all the wonderful hotels in Turkey that actually care about their guests.This one shows zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect.I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel.   Scandalous and a Complete Scam – Adenya is Not a 5-Star Hotel, It’s Barely a 2-Star!

  We stayed at the Adenya Hotel as a group of 13 people, and the experience was a disaster from the very beginning.At the reception, we were greeted with cold and arrogant behavior — no smiles, no respect for the guests.When we got to our rooms, all of them had a terrible smell coming from the bathrooms. It was impossible to stay there, especially since two babies had to sleep in one of the rooms. We immediately asked to change rooms, but no one cared. They promised a solution the next day, including an upgrade for one of the rooms, but nothing happened — just empty promises and lies.The room manager, Mr. Mustafa, was extremely rude, arrogant, and showed zero respect for customers. He even asked for extra money to make changes that were clearly the hotel’s responsibility. That’s shameful for a hotel claiming to be 5-star.The internet didn’t work for over 12 hours. The staff didn’t react at all. When we arrived at 1:00 AM and ordered soup, they promised to bring it — it never came.We weren’t given towel cards at check-in; we had to ask for them ourselves. In the upgraded room that we paid extra for, the air conditioning didn’t work. Every time we wanted to turn it on, we had to call the reception — ridiculous!Almost none of the staff speak English. You can’t communicate about anything — completely unacceptable for an international hotel.On our last day, things got even worse. When I asked the night before about the price to keep one room for one extra night, I was told €94. But the next morning, Ms. Sherife suddenly said the price was €188 — completely changing her words within hours.Our flight was late at night, and although we were supposed to check out at 11:00 AM, we asked if we could stay in the lobby until midnight since our transfer was after 00:00. We were told that we couldn’t even stay in the lobby without paying an additional €45 per person! This is absolutely unacceptable.The staff at Adenya constantly make promises they don’t keep. We had particularly bad experiences with Mr. Mehmet, Mr. Mustafa, and Ms. Sherife.As for cleanliness — from 10 points, I couldn’t give more than 2.Despite having stayed here before and bringing new guests, this time we were treated with arrogance and disrespect. There’s no hospitality, no service, and no professionalism left.Adenya Hotel has completely lost its quality and reputation. It’s pretending to be a 5-star resort, but in reality, it doesn’t even meet 2-star standards.This was our last time staying here. We will never come back and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.If you want a peaceful holiday and to be treated with basic respect — stay far away from Adenya Hotel.   Loved the women’s area - the beach and pools are lovely and the restaurant and bakery area there are great too, the staff are all always very friendly and helpfulA highlight of the trip was definitely the entertainment team in the women’s area - all five of them were great, they made the days very fun and enjoyable with all the activities and were super friendly, thank you to them - I appreciate all the efforts they made - it is a big factor in me wanting to return next year!   came to Adenya resort again after having been last year with a group of friends- have to say it was even better than last year! The facilities are superior and the women's section is amazing with private spa/pool/and private beach facilities.Great food provided throughout and all the staff work really hard to provide such an amazing experience.We want to specifically mention the pink animation team the staff in the women's area who were doing all the activities were super fun, friendly good banter and were amazing - kayra, kubra , Zumba lady and lady with the amazing curly hair and everyone else involved (mashallah allahumbarik! )Sorry we forgot your names :( but they really made the experience for us in the women's section and truly they deserve the credit and recognition for thisI highly highly recommend this resort!!Truly amazing Adenya Misafir, İşletme Sahibi at Adenya Hotel & Resort, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you so much for choosing Adenya Resort once again and for taking the time to share such a heartfelt and detailed review.
