    Completely miss sold.

    Read all the old reviews and throw them out of the window, the room was dirty only cleaned twice in 10 days after we asked for it to be cleaned bare in mind you can’t flush toilet paper so I will leave it too your imagination,no entertainment on the night like the website implies no food on a night again like the website implies holes in the sheets and the top cover we where the only British family there and it was blatantly obvious they had no intention to help us in anyway, myself and my 20 year old daughter had to endure constant leering when around the pool the shower head broke two days before we left twice we asked for it to be mended the last reply from a member of staff was may be it will be mended! The hole experience of this apartment hotel was really bad such a shame it will not put me off re visiting turkey again but never would I consider this hotel.

    Endless surprises and lies

    Small rooms not suitable for families, we booked two family rooms and to our surprise we got two rooms one seperate levels and locations we ask if we could change the room they gave us heaps of promises with endless lies, I wouldn’t visit the place nothing what I know now, I would recommend doing your research and pay only after seeing the rooms as they refused to give us the refund

    Hi I have stayed there and amazin thanks for ferhat aswell he's really helpful we had dinner and that was amazing too I don't really understand why noone writing nice review I thing there deserve much better cause staff all happy and ready to help with anything

    I don't really know we're to start with this hotel to be honest because I don't feel like it's been given enough credit.. We stayed here for 3 nights before moving to a god awful hotel around the corner.. This hotel was so lovely and clean.. Beds made every day and fresh towels always available when you need them..The rooms have every thing u need to satisfy u.. We went bed and breakfast and the breakfast was perfect for us 4 2 adults and 2 kids the children are 4 and 7.. There was cereal. Pancakes. Bread and jam.. loads of fruit and some hot bits like sausages and eggs... We then went to the pool which is lovely and clean and the bar man farat is a lovely guy always spoke to us and made to feel welcome. Never went with out and always made the kids laugh.. All the staff at this hotel made us feel very welcome.. There's alot to do in the area or a walk to the red lion or hawaaii bar which we were always made to feel very welcome with pool tables dart boards and kareoke ect for the kids.. I will 100% be coming back to this hotel next summer my kids my partner and I adored spending time at this hotel and was truly gutted when we left.. But that's because they were fully booked... Thanks for having us and we will be there next year with a new elephant for our boy

    Recently stayed at this HotelMyself my Husband and my DaughterThe Staff are so friendly and care about youMy daughter stayed for 2 weeks and we stayed for 3 nights after having an awful experience in a nearby hotelFarat the barman is the nicest man and so Accomadating Thank you for taking care of us The rooms have everything you need and the maid is always around cleaning Would definitely stay here again Thank you
