  Great holiday experience

  Our short stay at Akra Kemer was nothing but short of amazing and we are already looking forward to returning in December.From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff.I enjoyed aqua gym classes with Domfu ,amazing instructor, patient and fun soul. Shout out to the roller skating boys, amazing initiative. The food was Amazing, every night felt like heaven, we will definitely miss the treat. It’s so sad we will miss the gala night

  The wedding day is ruined

  My wife and I chose May as our wedding day. I spent a long time choosing a hotel and wanted not only to make a launch but also a surprise on the wedding day. After reading reviews, I chose this hotel, which everyone praised for its staff. I booked the hotel and wrote in support that I wanted to book a table in advance and, if possible, a room with a good view. I received an answer that they would reserve a table for me, but I had to book upon arrival, but they would make an exception for me, and regarding the room at reception, they would do everything they could. In general, when I arrived at the hotel, I was always proving something, wasting my nerves trying to prove that I had a table booked, that it was my wedding day, they could have decorated the room, in general, they mixed up the room and decorated another room, brought cheap wine, in general, the surprise was a failure because the hotel was not full, the room they gave me was terrible, the neighboring hotel exhaust hood was always humming, but then they changed the room, what I want to say is, damn, for me this was very important on such a day, and the staff ruined everything, and yes, I have never seen such dissatisfied staff during my entire vacation. To make them smile, in general, change the staff or hire experienced people who know their job

  Can’t wait to come back next year

  For many years, this hotel has been a meeting point for my mum and me, as we live in different countries. The large number of returning guests shows that it is not only us who love this place—many other people enjoy it and want to come back as well. Compliments to the hotel for creating such a wonderful community!Every single member of staff in this hotel does their very best to ensure that guests feel comfortable and can truly relax. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming.As this is not my first review of this hotel, I would just like to highlight a few points:- The hotel is very cleverly designed, allowing guests to enjoy a wide variety of activities and amenities without having to walk long distances.- The hotel grounds may not be particularly large, but they are beautifully green, well maintained, and cared for on a regular basis.- The spa is fantastic, and the massages are excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough, especially for people who have office jobs.- The entertainment team is friendly, professional, and never intrusive. The animator Domfu checked in on us every day and is such a lovely person. I very much enjoyed her aqua gym class. We also appreciated having an alternative programme with live guitar music in the lobby bar for those who were not interested in watching the evening show.- There is a lovely bookstore on the same floor as the patisserie. They also sell a variety of other items, and guests can receive a small discount by displaying the relevant card on their room door handle.- We did not visit any of the à la carte restaurants this year because the food in the main restaurant was excellent. One evening even featured surprise performances by opera singers, which was a wonderful touch.- I would also like to extend special thanks to all the employees working in the restaurant, bars, reception, housekeeping and room service, as well as the gardeners and lifeguards. Their hard work contributes greatly to making every stay enjoyable.Thank you once again for an amazing holiday. We can't wait to come back next year!   From a very warm welcome from recption when checking in to a wonderful send off from the Entertainment Team.We have lost count of the number of times with have returned to this Hotel. All staff are so friendly, its service with a smile at breakfast lunch and dinner. All restaurants buffet included do a wonderful selection of tasty food.
