  Hotel of Nightmares

  I have just returned home after staying with my husband and 2 children, never again! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the room was dirty, the food was edible and if you like your carbohydrates then great, very little in the way of meat and vegetables!! We had to go over the road for our food with our own plates, which we had to wash ourselves, and take it back to our room as they would not allow guests to eat near the food area! The sign said do not take food to your room!! The staff were unhelpful when we gave even the smallest criticism about the place. We had to ask the cleaning staff for new pillows and curtains as the ones we had were disgusting and dropping to bits. We had to do our own cleaning and wash the bed linen as they would not do this for us, all without hot water, which we only got from the very poor shower. They even expected us to pay extra for the electricity we used during ous stay. I expected this to be a family hotel but I was mistaken, large groups of young men with terrible behaviour, taking over the pool area, shouting in the street and revving their car engines at 3AM. The pool area was not regularly cleaned and the sun loungers were in a poor state of repair, as were the parasols. There were old mattresses, a fridge and boxes left in the corridors. The smoke detector had been removed from the bedroom. I do not recommend anyone to ever stay here, worst place ever! A tent on the beach would be a huge improvement!!

  This hotel is so good the services is magnificient and the workers are amazing friendly specially Flora and Soraya..Flora and i have a lovely fun conversation together.Food is excellent and the spa was wonderfull add on to this the rooms are clean.very safe and the staff welcomming the children ,lovely music,beach bar is really nice and the workers..we came to this hotel its because of the good feedback in tripadvisor..we will surely come back...

  Alanya Nightmare Aparts!

  These apartments were dirty and disgusting. The pool wasnt even in the same building but down the road and the staff member at the front desk smelt like he hadnt had a shower in ages. We arrived at the apartments, took one look at them and demanded our money back. The photos were not like the apartments in reality.

  We booked Alanya Dreams Apart for ten days. We had been there before so we knew what we were getting for the money...or so we thought. First of all the room they gave us smelled like a smoking room. AWFUL! And there came hardly any water from the shower. Also there were some lights that didn't work. In their description of services was mentioned a pool and a pool bar with normal beverage and small snacks..nothing was as promised. And there was no one in the reception.i must say I don't recommend this hotel to any one, not even backpackers.

  Alanya dreams hell !! i still have nightmares of this vile establishement !!!! Cemal the manager!! no people skills, no english ,no interest in speaking to a lady !! COCKROACHES! rust, loose wires, no hot plate, no tv that works!! to use the pool you must buy a drink!! but is supposed to be in with the room. I ADVISE nobody to come to this app hotel!! IF ENGLISH dont evan bother going to alanya !!! they only cater for the scandanavians!!!!!!
