    Stayed here for 10 days, have no complaints saw negative reviews before we got there however it was the complete opposite, for what we paid it was close to a 5 star in our eyes...Food was great everyday, there was something different everyday the best all inclusive I've personally stayed at for food grilling fresh food at lunch & diner.All the staff we're all amazing, translator is good & welcome if there is a communication problem :) Had a couple of issues in the room they we're dealt with as soon as reported, we went at the start of the season issues occur all year through. Hotel is a fair walk from the town, it's close to a beautiful sandy beach we played volley ball on :) (wearing socks in the hot sand helped alot) Pool has a slide great for the adults that want to connect with their inner child & if you have children it would keep them occupied for a good while. Hotel was clean the cleaners were around daily if you wanted them in. We had a great holiday with thanks to this hotel & all staff.

    A truly wonderful experience. Small hotel, friendly helpful staff. All inclusive, food was excellent, cooked in small batches, so always fresh. Room small but clean. There are a few shops within a hundred metres.Truly amazing for a budget hotel.Would happily return.

    The worst hotel in Alanya, Resus Park

    I just regret that I have chosen this hotel. @prijsvrij, @booking and @tripadvisor have to change their methods for giving stars. Its even not a 2 star hotel. Family hotel with a very tiny poolWiFi, not according what they say. You don't have WiFi in the rooms and even by the pool it's not good. Airconditioning, it's even worse. The heat is unbearable but still not enough to get the room well ventilated. The hygiene, its really a joke. And if you take this to the management, they tell you to pay more for everything you want or pay more to get a better hotel. @prijsvrij employee was present a did tell us that. Advice, don't go there, put you money elsewhere to get a well deserved holiday.

    THE WORST HOTEL IN TURKEY 🇹🇷

    Food was like dog meat on a daily basis all inclusive drinks where terrible if you where lucky enough to get bar mans attention he was more interested in washing ash trays and glasses than serving watered down beer day 2 of our stay we got locked out of room at midnight saying we had burnt sheets on bed with a cigarette which we thought was odd as we hadn't smoked in room 40 euro was demanded off us to get room open, we then did not have room cleaned for next 3 nights as we felt we where being taken for fools on last night we where subjected to a 2 hour interrogation about "fake tan /makeup on sheets/towels and told to pay 2000 lira for new sheets we refused and had to take to launderette at the cost of 720 lira the management of this hotel have totalling ruined our first holiday away without kids and a full refund will be expected be warned people this place needs to be avoided at all costs !!!!!!
