    Absolutely ruined our family holiday

    We booked long waited family reunion holiday months ago and were excited to be staying at Ale Boutique Apartments. Only for the hotel to cancel our booking without any valid reason three days before our holiday! Needless to say this has totally ruined our holiday. Hotel has not offered any apologies or similar alternative accommodation. We have now no other option than to take them to Small Claims Court (for breaking the terms of our booking) to cover the cost for us having to book alternative accommodation to fit us all in, last minute, stressed to the max when we should have been excited to see family we have not seen for four years. Be aware before you book with them!!! They have no morals, and are happy to ruin people’s holidays.

    10 minute walk to the Beach, Nahat ( reception guy) very helpful and loves a bit of chat, which is good. Little swimming pool out side, but never used it. The only negative thing is, there are no lifts in the building and our room was on 5th floor, Didn't mind but some thing to consider. Will definitely come and stay here again.

    I would not recommend this place for anyone !First point: We arrived late at night, the first contact with the team was really awkward, they spoke an approximate english but we were helped with our luggages, it was really hard to get to the hotel as it was located in a place very hard to find.Once n our room I was pretty disappointed, there was a weird smell, the room was dark, we were two people and the room was made for 3 people but it was really small, the bathroom was even smaller ! Second Point: The breakfast was included, but it was industrial and was average, I was not used to that in the hotel where I stayed in Istanbul all was handmade ! The thing that surprised me, one time they cooked chips for the breakfast !!!!I never went to the swimming pool so I can't say anything about that.Third point: The first 2 days the room was cleaned up but then not cleaned at all, we had to ask to have clean towels, they gave us but it was still wet and smell like awful !Thanks God we brought towels with us !Fourth point: We stayed 5 days and the wifi worked only for 2 days and not successfully ! We had to go in town to have connexion in the restaurants, they told us that there was a huge problem and they tried to fix it !Konyaalti Beach was 15 minutes walk but to find it you have to ask on the street !I could write a novel on how bad was my staying there !! I repeat myself I will not recommend this hotel for anyone, even native turkish !!!!

    We stayed there for one night while we were travelling to Cirali. Clean rooms, friendly staff. But there is no elevator. If your room is in the 3rd floor you will have a little problem. We have payed 90 TL for one night and it is a good value for money.

    Gercekten super bi mekan. Gerek servisleriyle gerek guler yuzleriyle mukemmel bi yer. Thats such a wonderful ! I recommend everyone! Its like home !I will be back soon i hope . U cant find out any place like u feel home!
