    Disgusting hotel and staff. We paid for 3 nights (one bedroom apartment). As a result, the room was ripped open, the toilet was wobbly, water was leaking from the shower, the kitchen was leaking a tap and pouring everything under the sink. There has been no response to requests to fix even a leaking tap. We moved out for 2 days. The money for the unused 24 hours was not refunded to us (about 8,000₽). The administrator or manager is very rude and uncompromising. Don't stay at this hotel. There are lots of facilities better and even cheaper. Originally submitted in Russian on www.tripadvisor.ru.     Worst hotel manager and worst experience

    They don't even know how to talk to their customer.I asked for early check in and when i arrived the manager shouted on me and talked to me very disrespectfully.They confirmed the early check in but when i arrived they told me that is not possible!!!And asked me to pay for one more night to let me check in 2 hours earlier.Anyway it was a very bad experience and i do not recommend it

    Basic Hotel for cheap stay

    This is a basic hotel with reasonable price, the staff is very helpful, especially the night staff. Hotel needs refurbishing and maintanance however for such a price the facility is sufficient,rooms are small and the breakfast is poor. This is a cheap city hotel, what else to say...
