The hotel has 127 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service.     The hotel was not reflecting 4 stars. I would give it 2 stars max. we arrived at night and the reception turned off the AC despite the hot weather. It took us over an hour to finish checking in because they didn't have a computerized system. It felt like going back to the 1950s! The internet coupon promised free internet, but they ended up charging us $12. On the first day, we were given two basement rooms with high humidity and bad smells. They assured us that we would be moved to better rooms the next day. When we complained about the rooms, a staff member named Omar threatened to call the police because we raised our voices. In another room, the AC wasn't working, and Omar dismissed it as normal, even though he was sweating in the room. He was very arrogant, and I considered calling the police on him. The food was repetitive, with dinner being slightly better than lunch and breakfast. I stayed from July 30 to August 6, 2025 and would not recommend booking at this hotel. Additionally, there was no AC in the hallway outside the rooms. #

    Stuff is so kind, beach is good too, food is beautiful, rooms are terrible. Animators are so borred but kindly. I think that this is not place for family with baby because is music so loud. Music is Russian, little Turkish.

    Small rooms, terrible food, wi-fi is not free. You have to pay for it.Our tavel agent told us that they have 4* but infact not even 3*. Cleaners do not clean and do not change the linnen and towels. The room was soooo smalk that we could hardly pass near tge bed. Tge only 1 good thing was stuff which was very friendly and hardworking exept cleaners. I do not recomend this hotel!

    The food quality was very bad and there was no variety, the cleanliness was bad there was a bad smell all over the hotel, I canceled the reservation after one night and they force me to pay for two nightsVery bad experience
