    It is a nice hotel when you are with children. Dont expect a lot of the playground it needs a new playground. The pools are great. Only it would be nice if they had a canvas in the middle of the large pool because it has Burning sun all day. The food is nice with plenty of variation. Fish variaties and chicken enough. Breakfast has plenty aswell. I would say it is between the low and middle end but if you get a good price yes it is worth it. There is nice warm lunch also same style as dinner. Cleaning could be better of the rooms. They have a safe but I do not prefer that. There is a Free shuttle everyday to the beach and lands of legends shopping centre. Serik City is great and nearby if you want to buy high end fake brands be aggressive but nice with bargaining. But they only sell a lot of fake brands clothes. Cab ride was 8 euros a time. Lands of legends has a great mall with enough food and drinks options and a flood court great for several trips. In the evening after dinner which is at 18:30 the pools are closed and the hotel is boring you need to go out. Dont expect any entertainment from the hotel. The spa is great but they are a little bit inpatient if you Arent prepared to pay 50 €. For a treatment. You do get to use the spa and sauna for free.

    The food here is not for the English at all unless you can eat what they eat. They have a big choice of food but unfortunately not for the English. Our room that we were given was a apartment at the bottom away from hotel but near the pool but has a disco that goes on till 2.00 am also not tidyed up half drank water a dead lizard. Just awful. We stayed in it for 2 days the asked to get moved which they did thankfully. Which was great. We found that 4 English couples were given these rooms as well and all got asked to move due to rats in ceiling and just a mess. The main hotel is great and the pool is good as well. The bar staff are not that clever that when you ask for a cocktail menu they say are cocktail and make you anything. All I would say is if your English don't go.

    Quiet hotel for a family vacation. The staff is immaculate and extremely responsive. Cleanliness everywhere. There is no animation in October but this may be because of the pilots and flight attendants who rest there before and after the flights.

    Honest and straight to the point:- Noisy, extremely thin walls and the balcony door does not mask any sound nearly as well as it should making it difficult at times to sleep.- Rooms have a strong sewerage smell, constantly.- The worst WIFI I have experienced in any hotel Iv'e been to, basically non-existent.- Cleaners are extremely loud in the corridors and spare change went missing in my room once they have finished cleaning (More than once). So don't leave any valuables or change lying around.- Tasteless and sub-par buffets, rather dine out in town. The breakfast in the mornings are terrible.- Service: Staff are quite friendly (Poor English), but maintenance needs to be stepped up. Lot's of broken items in the rooms, handles, lights etc. Also room cards stop working after a while and need to be reset which is quite annoying.Summary: Extremely frustrating place to stay, I would advise to rather stay away from this hotel. mayaworldhotels, Konuk İlişkileri Müdürü at Maya World Belek, responded to this review Thank you very much for your review and your time.     The hotel was clean and the staff were nice spoke very little english. Went here with my family 2 teenagers and a 5 year old. The breakfast was awful we never ate breakfast at all no toaster just salads and things defo not for british people...the lunch and dinner was fine for us adults all kids ate was chips and pasta we had to eat out most of the holiday supposed to be all inclusive absolute joke.
