Location

The hotel enjoys a great location, right on the beach in Konakli, which is situated 12 km west of the popular resort of Alanya. Within a few minutes’ walk of the hotel, guests will find restaurants, bars and public transport connections. Shopping opportunities can be found around 15 minutes' walk away. Alanya Castle is around 14 km, while the Damlatas Caves are about 12 km away. Antalya Airport is approximately 125 km away from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 120 double rooms. A library, a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a fax machine and a smoke alarm are available.     The atmosphere was excelent! Great animation, perfect food and beautiful area :) you should stay here if you want to relax ;)

    I would put zero stars if possible. The hotel is advertised as a 4-stars beach hotel but there is no beach at all, only a deck which is housing just a few people. Because of big waves we were not allowed to go in the sea for 5 days and we were forced to go to others hotels beaches. There is no AC in the common spaces like reception, lounges and restaurants. Beach towels are not changed unless you pay a fee, we stayed for 9 days and we were supposed to pay for this service. Room is outdated, with terrible mattresses and old furniture, shower îs ugly and fan in the bathroom not working al all.

    Ali Saudar:Arrival-2.30am We were told out room is not ready and we were told to wait 1 hour. Explained that we had been travelling since 9am the day before and at midnight you're telling us the room is not ready. Ali couldn't speak much English and said there's nothing he can do. 3 passengers sat in the lobby where these was no AC and no customer service- we had to ask for water. Went back to reception and hour later then he said I told you hour and a half, "you didn't hear me maybe." Asked people I travelled with and they said no he told us an hour. He offered us 10 minute massage complimentary which everyone got for free anyway and free WiFi in the in room for the 7 days. (1 euro a day) And free safe for 7 days (2 euros a day).We asked for room service as breakfast closes at 10 and we went to bed at 5am. He said yes room service will come clean, and I enquired about getting food to the room. He didn't understand what I said. We finally got into our room at 3.52am to discover WiFi and the safe wasn't working. As we got into the room, the beds had thin mattresses and a thin rough blanket. Some stains on the bedding, and the shower was clogged. Every time we went in to shower the water would collect by our feet. You also have to pay for a beach towels every time you want to get it changed! We were also handed a welcome pack in which is said checkout is before 12am. Out flight back home was at 1.35am so the late checkout time was perfect for us. Unfortunately we then got stopped by the pool at 1.30pm and got told to check out. I went down to speak to the receptionist who again didn't speak much English. He couldn't understand that 12am means midnight, and said we needed to leave the room in half an hour. We had to rush get ready and leave our room then had to sit around from 2-8.30pm in the lobby area which did not have AC in 34 degree heat! No customer care, no one seemed to apologise for how we have been treated or any care for how we were doing. Some staff spoke English, most staff no English and there were not many vegetarian options. Communicating with staff was very difficult. The hotel itself is about 2 hours from the airport and whilst is nice that the beach is so close to the hotel, the journey is definitely not worth it!

    When choosing the hotel, I was mainly guided by its location - right by the sea and the opinions - most of them were very positive and optimistic and now I can only confirm them ;-)The rooms are spotlessly clean and cleaned on request. Very nice and friendly service in the restaurant and bars. Clean, tidy and everything is cleaned, washed and tidied up on a regular basis.Meals - full to choose from, to your liking, to your liking ;-)And Cumali was very helpful and friendly to us while going to the beach ;-)Thank you for everything and we will come back to you next year ;-)

    The experience at this hotel was wonderful. We were surprised by the variety of food which was very tasty. Staff always smiling and very friendly. We really liked this hotel and would highly recommend it!
