  This hotel should be taken out of the offer. It deserves minus 5 star rate.On the arrival we had no towels and toilet paper in our room. If you need them you need to ask the reception. The room was not cleaned at all for whole week ( no fresh towels or fresh linen). Every time you need toilet paper or towels you have to ask for them at the reception. There is only one person who can speak English there - so if you are not lucky enough - better start learning Turkish or Russian. Restaurant - the huge queue 20 minutes before any meal. Why? To get plates, cutlery and a table. If you are late - you can forget of using a knife to spread a margarine on your bread (uh...if there is some left) and use spoon or your own fingers instead. If you like pasta with ketchup, parsley and parsley salad or cabbage,eggs and onion salad - this hotel is recommended for you.Drinks :) wine (red or white) not drinkable unless you like pigswill. The only drinkable alcohol is vodka....served with sprite, cola or fanta in plastic cups ( no more than 100ml of drink in the cup).I am not a fussy or demanding person. I know I bought this holidays for cheep money.........but I have been in 3 star hotels before and have never seen something like that. Absolutely disgusting and dirty place.Please avoid this hotel as it can ruin your holidays.Positives: The reception, restaurant and bar staff. There is a huge language barrier but even thought the people work very hard with smiles on their faces. Thank you for that:)Overall - I hope some authorities will close this place soon.AVOID THIS HOTEL!

  very dirty and noisy hotel

  this is a very dirty hotel!!!Avoid it!!!!!The staff are not professionnel,they try some of then the best,some talk in their language insulting you 'we get the experience).the first day we arrive,they give us a room on the ground zero small dirty,we check the bed sheet very suspicious,not clean.The room was close to the swimming pool Noisy.then he changes us to the old building another one small (we were 3 persons me,husband and baby).Finally the next day we change because the room was dirty and noisy.swimming pool is somedays dirty,i have to ask to the reception to be cleaned; cats all aroundmatress dammaged,umbrella only 3 available and destroyed.floor all around the swimming pool dirty and not cleaned (cigaretts,plastic glass).The baby swimming pool was dirty i have to ask to be cleaned!Foodbasic breakfast,bread with different jams,boiling eggs tomats,cheese and cumcumber.Coffee from a machine no taste and tea in a big tank full of limestone.for drink only plastic cup single uselunch and dinnerthe dinner room is just dirty,clean once a day sometime sticky floor,tank of water and soda on the floor,cats all around.Table were the food are put is on tissu dirty not cleaned.The table were we sit are dirty cleaned if the staff have time between to client otherwie you have to clean it.dinner is served from 7 to 830pm and u have to arrive 30 minutes before otherwise no way to get a place before 8 and then when u get it u have to eat what u can find because most of the food available is not refilling when finish most of the choice is recycled food;the meals u didn't eat on lunch is presenting on evening with a sauce or cut.for the hot meals only one type fish or meat;the rest is rice or pasta.the salad are différents but recyled for the most;choice is the same every day.dessert is the same fruit apple or plum;they put dry abricot every day and some cream (chocolat and rose everyday).for the all inclusive, water ,soda (local coca cola or fanta) and beer or gin.the director doesn't care because he is more busy to look after Young single woman.The hotel is full of russian and most are Young,very Noisy and drinking so much.If you are a familly avoid it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!check in is at 2pm so don't arrive before to expect one rooms.And for finish the room were never clean during all the 10 days we stayed or even the stairs and corridor who stayed dirty.It is mention this hotel as 3 stars,i don't know where they found it.
