    To Mr. Hakan at the reception,He is a very kind and helpful person. He assisted us a lot and gave us a very nice room. The hotel is very clean, and its location is excellent. The staff are very friendly and polite. Overall, everything is very clean and the location is very good.Thank you very much.

    We booked two stays at Ark Apart Hotel in Alanya, and I wanted to share our experience to help others who are planning to stay in Alanya.First of all, the people here are incredibly kind, respectful, and truly hospitable. Their behavior made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. Even though I initially mentioned that our unit was on the north side, they kindly upgraded us to a south-facing apartment with a pool view and even a partial sea view, which was a wonderful surprise.The apartment is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff are punctual and professional—they come every day, take out the trash, and clean the floors carefully. Everything is neat and organized.The unit itself is spacious and comfortable, with clean sofas, beds, and fresh linens. The kitchen is well-equipped with cabinets, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The building is relatively new and has a great view.One of the best parts was the shower—hot water with excellent pressure, which made it very enjoyable after a long day.Because of their kindness and the quality of service, we extended our stay. We originally booked 8 nights, and then decided to stay for another 8 nights.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a peaceful stay in Alanya.

    Stayed here fora week staff all nice spa was not open but the people who run it along with another hotel took us to the other hotel we had a Turkish bath a facial a massage and a body scrub was really good definitely recommend will be back very friendly helpful

    This hotel is great. Service is superb! I came with my husband who is in a wheelchair and it worked very good! The food in All inclusive is very good and fresh. Every evening at the dinner they had barbecue open and it was delicious. The rooms are very clean, they clean 6 days in a week. We spent a lot of time by the pool and Ken, the entertainer is very sweet with the kids and takes care of all the guests. The bar staff gives the extra service with a smile and they really cares for the guests 💯. Thank You Ark Suite Hotel!!! We will be back next year for Sure!
