Location

This beach hotel is located in the popular resort of Alanya, about 100 km to the east of Antalya and on a sweeping bathing bay. Alanya and its surrounding towns enjoy beautiful stretches of coast and sand, which contribute to make the area one of the most attractive in Turkey. It is about 10 minutes with public transport to the centre of the pleasant town of Avsallar, a bus stop is located 200 m from the hotel. A range of shops, restaurants, and bars can be found in 500 m, while the river located 300 m away is an inviting place to take a stroll and enjoy the beautiful river landscape. Antalya airport lies some 90 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 535 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (for a fee), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub (for a fee), a waterslide and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and archery. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes snorkelling and aquafit, with water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing and diving available for a fee. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, squash, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include 2 restaurants, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. At breakfast and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Various dishes can be ordered à la carte for lunch and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

They took exceptional care of us, ensuring that every detail was looked after. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was amazed by the variety of delicious options available to me, and their support made dining completely stress-free.They also made sure we were comfortable in our room and always greeted us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth.The entire hotel was outstanding – beautiful facilities, amazing food, and fantastic evening entertainment.     The best vacation in Armaz Pemar Beach.We had a great vacation with a large group.I recommend the hotel and its staff 100%. Delicious and varied food Many pools. AnimationAquapark. Rooms were cleaned every day.The hotel is located near Side, on the first line of the sea on the emerald beach.I would like to thank the general manager of the hotel, Mr. Oner, and the manager of tourist relations, Ms. Manoni.On behalf of 130 people, I would like to thank them.     Overpriced and disappointing — room issues, poor service, repetitive food

    When we arrived, we were given a double room even though there were four of us. Only by the evening did they finally bring two extra beds, and once they set them up there was barely any space left to walk.The room was cleaned only on the sixth day — and that happened only after we had sent countless messages to the agency.The surroundings are quite nice, but everything is very messy and poorly maintained. The food is bad, the choice is limited, and it’s almost the same every day, so after four days you don’t even know what to eat anymore.We paid over €700 per person, and it’s definitely not worth that kind of money. At most, it’s worth around €400 per person.There’s nothing around — only markets/bazaars or empty fields.And more than 80% of the tourists are Russian.     This hotel needs to be shut down and issues addressed immediately. First impressions of the hotel were dire, receiving extremely poor customer service on check in leaving family members in tears. This set the tone for the rest of the holiday. The rooms are extremely dated and filthy, with ant infestations, bugs, dirt, musty damp smell, mattress ripped up and no mattress protector, the list goes on. Generally the hotel has zero hygiene or cleanliness standards. We never saw any cleaning taking place in the hotel. The food was inedible and we were reluctant to eat anything due to the lack of cleanliness. All family members became ill, throwing up for majority of the time (we believe this to be the drinks). We were kept awake most nights due to children running up and down the corridors screaming and banging on your doors. All in all thoroughly terrible experience, and we couldn’t wait to leave. Disappointing as this was a big family get together and paid a lot of money between us all.
