    Like all the other reviews, i will write quite the same. It was HORRIBLE, firstly we came at around 1 am, and my mom payed for the chalet with a jacuzzi, they put us in a box room where u would get ELECTRIC SHOCKS from the shower !!! There was also mold and it was cold. The next morning we could go in the room that we payed for, BUT THE DOOR COULDNT LOCK !!? and when I turned on the jacuzzi, There was DIRT coming out of the jets … The bathroom was dirty, and the people there were horrible, they could only talk turkish and russian … And lets not start about the food, it was literally disgusting and it didnt look appetizing. Even the beach , they didnt even clean the trash bins. And when we wanted to go buy WATER, we needed to cross the busy road, and as women its not ideal with those men watching you and honking like pigs. Luckily we met a woman from Germany who also found it a terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN !! READ THE REVIEWS !!!!!!!!!

    When an amazing sea is not enough

    The hotel structure is nice with lots of green and cats roaming.Everything else is a NIGHTMARE.Staff doesn't speak English at all, the only guy who does is incredibly rude. On my first night I have been given a box room with no hot water nor Internet. When I complained he told me it was not his problem. The day after I have been given another (larger) room, where the toilet stinks and the water is barely lukewarm.The hotel is a few minuter (steep) walk from a rundown beach with broken plastic chairs (the sea is beautiful tho) and kilometers apart from everything. The full board don't include drinks, so even to buy bottled water you have to cross a busy motorway without pedestrian crossing, so you're basically risking your life. Around 6pm they start blasting Turkish dance music from a massive loudspeaker and it goes on till midnight.The food...what can I say about the food? Barely edible, I am talking hotdog stew or overcooked cauliflower. It's served as a buffet in the evening and as a plate with a selection of leftovers for lunch. Breakfast touches the peak of horror with no butter available, no toasters, nothing to drink beside chai and dried coffe...can't even have an egg, the only option is undercooked boiled eggs, hello salmonella

    Don’t bother if you want to get any sleep! Got there the first night told there was a problem with the room and taken to another ‘hotel’ which is on a camp site- we had two rooms one of which was filthy so 5 of us ended up in one room - in the middle of the night a man entered our room unannounced and frightened the life out of us (4 females, 1 male).We were taken back to aroma the next morning with no apologies no refund they didn’t even welcome us properly or tell us where anything was.Food - the same things rehashed over and over again, what can only be described as chicken carcasses passed off as food! There is an al la carte menu but we didn’t get told about that until the day before we were leaving. One of our children basically lived off bread on the days we did not pay to eat in side. The people running it are not very helpful and we seemed to be an inconvenience all the time! Rooms - filthy, we had a jacuzzi bungalow and the scum line around the top meant we didn’t use it! The cleaners don’t come in and replenish toilet rolls or make rooms and my partner noticed that when they were changing rooms over they weren’t putting clean sheets on just airing them on the balcony and putting them back on the beds - I never saw a cleaner with sheets in their hand and you get a tiny blanket not enough to cover two people! The bungalows are right next to a busy road and you can literally hear you next door neighbours unzipping their suitcases - we got no sleep most nights! The dining area is nice bit smells of cat wee which is overbearing and there is no where comfortable to sit as a family and have a drink of an evening which was disappointing There is nothing to do here and the get to the shop you have to cross the very busy main road and basically take your life into your own hands This was not the relaxing holiday we hoped for and had really put us off coming to this part of Turkey again

    Nice enough hotel but terrible experience

    Arrived and told there's a problem with our room, got ushered into a car and taken to another nearby hotel, and given a room that was clearly just vscated and not even cleaned. When picked up the next morning, exhausted from a poor night's sleeping in a dingy room, we're told to wait 30 mins for our room so to have breakfast, over an hour later it still wasn't ready. When we got it, it was nice but missing a bed for our son and had no power for most of the day. Power back for a few hours, then went again and at 8.30pm we're still waiting in the dark for the second bed. Will update more if able. Only booked a weekend for 10 year anniversary and regretting this choice. Half the holiday wasted...so far!

    I had a lovely time at this hotel. It was really nice and peaceful and everyone was really really nice. I stayed in one of the small log cabins that had a double bed a Jacuzzi and a bathroom in it and it was absolutely lovely. The swimming pool was right in front of me And just the other side of swimming pool. I walked down the steps and I went there for my breakfast and evening meal every day the food was standard but it was very nice. The beach was right by the hotel literally a 23 minute walk away with a very very quiet beach and he had sunbeds on there. This is only a small hotel. The owners are really nice and very helpful and will do anything for you? You do have a large busy road behind you but you don’t really hear the noise. Only when you walk out of the hotel and down the road are used to walk up to the great big hotel up the road which had lots of shops and a couple of restaurants And you can buy everything that you wanna buy in Turkey there you must remember that where this hotel is you are out of the main town and you are in a quiet area which is absolutely lovely met all different kinds of people from different countries who are all really nice ,This was a 10 / 10 Holiday.You do not get a fridge in your room or tea or coffee facilities so remember to bring your travel kettle the cleaner is coming every day and they will change your towels and your bedding
