    Our feedback will be long but believing objective enough also - we will mentioned negatives but positives as well. So keep reading to the end :)We are Slovakian who visited Kemalhan hotel in June 2019 for very! good price (below 300e).What as first really surprised us was the fact receptionist didn't speak English sufficiently. We arrived in the deep night & no water wasn't available. The receptionist told us that we can go to the shop and buy some. And now the best part :) We changed our room 4 times (1st room - no running shower, 2nd room - we couldn't lock ourselves, 3rd - faulty electric breaker). The guy from a reception wasn't very happy with us, but anyway finally he gave us good room on 8th floor with sea view, but the door to the balcony was hard to open - with this we could live :)Next day we were still fighting for water. At the end we and rest of Slovak guys had water for free, except night time. But also something positive to add. The food and guys from a restaurant were really nice.We didn't know that the hotel is visited mostly by Russian. The most irritating thing was that even receptionists and animators knew that we are not Russian and we don't speak that language they still talked to us in it - very disrespectful (evening animations were all in Russian language).Back to the food. As we mentioned already it was very tasty and still enough to pick different types of it. Drinks were served from 10am till 10 pm. Swimming pool area was clean and we didn't have to searched for deck chair (but think we were there the 2nd week of June). The beach was 5 minutes from the hotel, but it wasn't big deal, but worse was that All inclusive concept wasn't applied there - you needed to pay.Yusuf - one of guys from reception was very nice, helpful and thankfully spoke English. At least somebody. A lot of kiosks with clothes, gifts and so on were just behind the corner. Cheap supermarkets also.If you will visit that place don't forget to visit Hamam at the front of the hotel.If you will have change to buy your holiday for good price, don't hesitate but take with you russian dictionary or English and strong minds:)@ one addition - keys from the particular rooms are all the same ;) don't forget to try it and put your stuff in to safe-box, just to be sure :)
