    Worst hotel ever stayed in in my life rooms were damaged and filthy not one member of staff had a smile omg i could go on n on but DO NOT BOOK!!!!

    this hotel was awful, food poor, beds very uncomfortable, lingering smell, walls very thin could hear everything, shower did not work only the handheld shower head worked, sheets as thin as a peice of paper, i got food poisoning from the hotel food and had to go to hospital, as a solo traveller who’s 18 that was by far the worst experience ive ever had. i will be filing a much larger complaint towards this hotel, nobody should experience what i had to experience, the only good thing they did was listen to my rep when he told them to send me water up as when i called they made me wait 4 hours in agony and never brought any water up. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

    I usually look at the hotel ratings before I book, saw it rated as 4* but when I arrived it was no where near that, this hotel is below 1*, from the food to the rooms it’s needs a lot of work to meet the standards, our room door wouldn’t close went to report it and they sent over maintenance the guy took the whole door off to fix it while we waited, thought they would change our room but no, even after the door wouldn’t close properly, there’s a mosque next door and every day it would wake us up at 4am and throughout the day none stop noise. The food is the worst ended up eating outside even though we booked all inclusive. Avoid this place at all cost it’s not kids friendly, even the locals when they asked which hotel we staying in as soon as they had the name their faces would change some even said it’s not too late to leave that dumpster. All the staff looked depressed. If you want to enjoy your holiday DO NOT BOOK HERE. The rooms are not so clean even the bathroom window wouldn’t open it was tide by a shoelace. It’s not value for money. The atmosphere itself is depressing the bar closes at 22:00.

    The hotel wasn’t very nice, and the rooms were tiny. It was hard to fit everything in. On the plus side, it was close to the sea. It wasn’t that bad overall. Maybe that’s more thanks to the people I was with than the hotel itself, but I still have good memories. And the food was definitely better than in Egypt 😂
