72 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Don't go to that hotel! Every other guest said the same.Window looked out onto a wall! Pool was overcrowded and dirty! Not enough sun loungers and parasols! Broken glass near the pool and staff didn't care

    I haily not recommended Hotel Arsi.The accommodation people who are working in Kitchen and cleaning staff, most of them so lovely and friendly, actually it's just one positive point that I can give for this Hotel. Absolutely awful ignorance from the receptionist this hotel, especially the yang lady, is full of unprofessional. I will pass the moment when we have had a room with an extra double bed for kids. But in the begginig of my booking process it was clear that I was arriving with my mum. Also, it has been clear that the Turkish customers who stayed in the hotel had a privilege to get a better room than anothers ( " a good participation with nation.") And the people probably who had experience to live in this hotel just gived extra 20€ for receptionist to get a better room. The hotel has a four stars, but it's a bit ridiculous rate, it's defenetly just 3 stars hotels. The latest and most wors, because my fly was early, I left my mum to departure at home by her own , but like a good daugheter Ive been planed her transport with my agent, and also before I spoke with this Lady on Reception .And day X the driver came at 10: 00, to colkect my mum he said that my mum need go down, after couple minutes he came again and said that he will come at 12:00 . After 12: 05, my mum started to panic. She tried to speak on Reception with Yang lady, and she just ignored her. After a long time, she finally spoke with my husband, who could speak Turkish , because my mum just could speak Rusdian. My husband was dealing with this reception lady, and it was shocked when she, with her blatant impudence, told my husband that my mother refused to go to the airport. Luckily, my husband was able to call his friend and pay for a taxi. It I know that people in Turkey survive as best they can, brazenly fleecing tourists, calling themselves Muslims. This should be shameful and disgraceful, but their entire tourism is based on this.

    Worst hotel ever, more like a hostel. All rooms have 1 double bed and 1 set of bunk beds. Not like the pictures. Cockroaches in the room and not clean. The food is the worst part. Me and allot of other people got so sick from the food I even had to go to the hospital it was so bad. Stay away!

    In all my years of travelling either solo or with family and friends arsi hotel is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. The staff at this hotel were hostile, rude, condescending, very argumentative and aggressive to say the least. I booked a single room which had a single bed , a bunk bed and a wardrobe. I was charged £49 to upgrade to a double room. Not only that the upgraded room also look like a storage for spare furniture, the shower was not draining causing the bathroom to flood. When I raised this concerns it was met with indifference and excuses. My door would not open from inside once, I have to call the front desk several times before someone came to repair it. The food was disgusting and tastes awful. I ate out of the hotel most of the time. My room was not clean even once for the duration of my stay. To top it all up 2 male members of staff opened my room door just before midnight and ran off when I shouted to demand the reason for coming to my room. As a solo traveller I was extremely scared and traumatized. The only reason given by the hotel was that they made a mistake and that was it. I felt unsafe and checked out a day earlier with an additional cost. I spent over £350 on food, transfer and 1 night stay in another hotel. Do not let the pictures on the hotel site or the supposedly 4 start rating fool you, arsi hotel is a dump, a scam and you will be wasting your money and endangering your own safety by staying there (especially for solo travellers)
