Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Sport

There are indoor and outdoor pools and a children's swimming area. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes cycling/mountain biking and volleyball. For a fee, guests can also enjoy bocce and beach volleyball. With jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, kayaking and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, billiards, bowling and callisthenics or, for a fee, table tennis, darts and squash. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available. The resort also offers snacks. The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Mostly great but some issues

    The location is lovely, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Just like other hotels in the area, the footprint is on the smaller side, but they have maximized the available space beautifully. Since I spent most of my time at the sea, I cannot comment on the pools. The hotel and the rooms feature a modern design, are very well-maintained, and look fantastic. Cleanliness was highly satisfactory, and I had no issues with noise. Although I do not have enough experience to make a broad comparison, I found the variety and taste of the food to be perfectly adequate.The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff. Everyone—from the kitchen and bar teams to the housekeeping and beach staff, the reception crew, guest relations, the animation team, the lifeguards, and even the hotel nurse—was exceptionally polite, attentive, solution-oriented, hospitable, and friendly. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to each and every one of them again.However, there were a few areas that need urgent improvement:1. The Pier (The main reason for my 3-star rating): Beyond the fact that it opened late—leaving only half of it usable, which frustrated many guests—there was a major safety hazard. I personally noticed a severely weak spot that was unstable enough to collapse and cause serious injuries. I brought this to the attention of the Guest Relations Manager, who took a video recording of the area. It seems the hotel did not learn from past accidents in the industry; the pier felt rushed, flawed, and opened before proper checks were completed. Additionally, there were gaps in the wooden planks big enough to cause minor injuries or drop small items like phones.2. The Beach: While the neighboring hotel's beach was almost completely free of sharp stones, our hotel’s beach was full of rocks that could easily be cleared away.3. Beach Volleyball Court: The sand was filled with sharp stones and wood splinters. Because of the beach and the volleyball court, I ended up with multiple cuts and splinters on my feet. Both areas need a thorough, urgent cleanup.4. Animation and Entertainment: Although the animation team was hardworking and incredibly friendly, they were simply outnumbered when the hotel was at full capacity. The team needs to be expanded. Furthermore, the evening shows brought in outside performers whose quality was just average. The only night I truly enjoyed and had fun was the live music night.
