  Hotel with soul!

  Hotel with soul. Visited many different hotels and found that the staff and their attitude towards the guest is the most valuable and most important! We were welcomed into this hotel at home in the best way possible. Thank you very much Diana for the friendly reception, she was ready to help in any situation and willingly told where to see something (great plus communication in Russian).I also want to thank her partner Ilgan for creating a romantic environment for our couple❤️ (without knowledge of Russian he sets the mood perfectly). Those who are interested about the hotel: rooms are few, so not noisy or cramped. In the rooms everything works, slippers, towels, hygiene media are properly available, bottled water was brought every day. Tea and coffee for all hotel guests is free of charge from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. The transport interchange near the hotel is excellent, a stone's throw from the sea with the best promenade in Antalya.   Very hospitable welcome! Thank you to all the staff, including Diane, for the spirit.All day long in the free access cafe with tea, coffee.   She was resting in June 2024. I've been at this hotel for years, but this time it's a strange way to treat regulars. First we lost our reservations, moved into another room. The strange assistant lived in a hotel with his family, trying to add everyone to the group in watsap🤷⍀�⸏. Food as usual, just added fruit, soup(no comms). There was a minibar in the room that barely worked👇. Guests left their belongings on the sunbeds by the pool and left on business... 😦 and there are only 10 sunbeds for the entire hotel. The swing's in terrible condition, standing ripped off in the corner-- you don't want to. The rooms are tired, it's time to refresh the renovation. Wifi is unstable, but the recording cameras are like a bank- at every turn...😂 The guest room did not have air conditioning and fan- outside heat. Waiting for room and transfer in this area- like in a sauna 🥵 ...Thank you Memet- he was appointed director, tried to solve all the issues. Always ready to help! Changed rooms a few days later. The toga - unfortunately, there is not the atmosphere of relaxation and silence that regular guests appreciated. And I can't help but add a strange situation - to book a hotel, you have to go to the site of aggregators - island, agoda, etc. And if you want a discount, it's a different song... Входящую скорость для доступа в сеть Интернет увеличили до 1 Гигабит/сек; 2. Поставили точки доступа для бесшовного интернет Wi-Fi 6 по всей территории отеля, включая прилегающую зону; 3. В холле и в баре установили новые кондиционеры; 4. Провели отопление по всему отелю - зимой у нас как и в России - отапливается здание по контуру, а не просто кондиционерами "подогревается воздух"; 5. Провели ТО всех действующих кондиционеров и несколько из них заменили на новые; 6. Для гостей, которым нужна конфиденциальность и постоянный доступ в сеть Интернет на высоких скоростях, подготовили расширители сигнала Wi-Fi с индивидуальной точкой входа в сеть Интернет; 7. Создали новую атмосферу релакса и тишины, которую ценят текущие наши постоянные гости; 8. Некоторые из вышеуказанных пунктов внедрены не во всех 5-звездочных отелях "на районе".   Beautiful hotel near the sea!

  Not once did they regret choosing this hotel. Wonderful rooms, cleaning, service, hotel grounds and attitude to guests. There's an elevator, which was also very convenient. The hotel has an ideal location - very close to the sea, a busy street with many restaurants and bars and to 2 stops of transport as well as to the airport (30 minutes journey). At the same time the hotel itself is next to a park with a playground, at night it is absolutely noisy and peaceful. Neither at the beginning nor at the end of the stay we paid attention to any downsides, only positive impressions remained. If I go to Antalya for a beach holiday again, I will try again to choose the same hotel and even the same room number (room number 302 was incredibly comfortable in everything).   Our stay was in the last September. The hotel was normal. I needed to be in that specific location and it was the best available at the time. We (Me and my wife) are Egyptians (Arab) and our worst experience that will ever remain a bad memory was the receptionist (Mr. Mehmet)!He is a racist person and he freely said it in my face that "He hates Arab people!". That happened when I heard him talking in Russian to a guest, and I nicely asked him "Oh, you speak Russian?". He replied "I speak 4 languages". I asked "Is Arabic one of them?". He replied "No, I hate Arab people". He later apologized and said "I don't mean you. You are Egyptian. Egypt is normal country. I mean Syrians!".Actually the apology was worse than his first rude statement! He was always aggressive to me; replying to my good mornings with "Aha", reminding me with the checkout date whenever he sees me, asking me to pay in advance, despite having an earlier agreement with Ms. Ekaterina (hotel manager) to pay upon check outNot all the people were the same. Ms. Ekaterina was helpful. Mr. Hussein (the night attendant) was a very nice person and always smiling. However, the experience with the receptionist was overwhelming and it is the only thing remaining after my stay over there.If you are Arab, you should never book this hotel. If you are Russian or any other European country, you will never face such an issue, however I still do not recommend this hotel for youThe receptionist (Mr. Mehmet) ruined my vacation memories!
