    The manager at the front desk was incredibly rude from the off. When he saw foreginers enter, all he saw was a cash opportunity. The first-off agreed price for the buffet was higher than what the natives were charged, and we were pressured to pay in cash. After declining, the service quality significantly declined. After we finished our meal, we were left waiting 10 minutes plus for the bill. After that, we were bombarded by three staff members, yet again pressuring us to pay in cash and at a significant markup from the original agreed price. After refusing to pay the increased price, the manager became increasingly rude and loud until storming off, leaving us unsure and uneasy.Throughout the whole ordeal, the staff were rude and ignorant, and the food was poor. Its clear they wanted to skim cash off the top, and were put out when they couldnt. Please dont eat here!

    It is a 5* hotel so you get what you paid for.The staff are very kind and helpful and they speak English.The rooms are a generous size and very very clean.Breakfast is included and has a complete Turk traditional kahvalti, lots of flavours, very tasty.They also have a bar open 24/7 and the restaurant serving dinner as a buffet with lots of varieties.The location is is in city so not so great views but you are minutes away of anything by tram, bus or taxi.I am very happy with my 6 days staying in.Çok teşekkürler

    Lovely friendly hotel..well run spotless clean..nice comfortable large clean rooms..big comfy bed...breakfast super lots of choices..buffet also great..and room service...the staff are more than excellent..LOVELEY people can't do enough for you...looking forward to returning in September

    My room was huge, clean and well equipped, the bathroom nicely decorated.The check-in process was professional with a welcome drink and even at 12am we got some food for dinner. Dinner and breakfast were huge in variety.Unfortunatelly there was no chance to try the spa session.

    OH had some dental work booked and the hotel was booked for us while this was carried out. On arrival our luggage was collected while we were checked into our room and then escorted upstairs. The room was a reasonable size and thankfully air conditioned. We were offered an upgrade for £50 per night which we took advantage of but wouldn’t again, certainly not value for money. View varies on location with some with views across the city to the mountains and others straight into another building. Breakfast is a bit odd with a few hot selections including chips but a lot of cheese if that’s your thing. Menu meals and room service are off the same menu which has a lot of options, the evening buffet is a bit hit and miss so have a look before choosing. We had on a few occasions and was fineThe hotel seems in an odd location, fairly handy for the dentist although they send a car. There is a garage either side so you can get some essentials easily enough and there are a few mini marts about nearby. There a few “local” eateries so will need to go further afield although taxis are readily available and fairly cheap. The spa was ok and used the sauna, steam room and pool. The pool is indoor but the roof is retracted each day. A welcome cool down on hot days. Staff were really good, very helpful and welcoming. There seem to be coach trips especially with guests from the Far East. Is you are in the restaurant when they arrive it can be quite an experience, probably largely down to cultural differences. This hotel was great for what we were there for but not sure we would use as tourists as it’s local to little. If you are in business in the area then it would be ideal.
